Culver's is one of my favorite fast food establishments. Unfortunality the one in The Woodlands closed so it's a trek getting here but worth it. Food while it does take some time was delivered hot and accurate. The only grip I had with the place is that it was a little dirty but it was passible in my opinion. There is a need for more Culver's in the Houston area.

I’m autistic so it’s really hard for me to find textures I like but the chicken was the perfect texture! The Mac n cheese wasn’t the best I’ve had but it was good. Really quick service as well and friendly staff. Will most likely come back :)

So this started as a subpar experience because my husband got me chicken temders instead of a burger BUT, IT QUICKLY TURNED AROUND. My chicken is shaped like a ding dong and I wish I could post a picture. MADE MY DAY LMAO

I have had there to go pints and I have had their pumpkin custard. Both were really good however, the pumpkin custard I had that was just not thick enough for me. I like my custard really thick. The flavor was great though and the service was really fast.

I visited this Culver’s on my birthday on 9/7 to retrieve my birthday order. My order was made completely incorrect, and I immediately called the store, spoke to the manager on duty, and was told that the next time I wanted to come by, I would get a value basket comped. They also told me that my name was written in a book just in case they weren’t present. Today is 10/26, and I have returned to Culver’s for my meal. I have been told by a manager named Guillermo that my name is not in the book, and there is nothing he can do to assist. I even went out of my way to check my bank statement, as well as the Culver’s app to confirm my purchase as I stated. Guillermo still could not assist. I then had to ask for the corporate phone number, and what do you know, Guillermo does not know it. All he says is that I can get the general manager’s name and she’s on vacation, so I have to wait. I drove 35 minutes to come to this Culver’s today, just to walk away with gas wasted, my anxiety flaring up do to the uncomfortable feeling of having a man go back and forth with me in front of a room full of customers, and a growling tummy. I spend a whole lot of $$ with this company, and this location in particular every time I visit my mom in Kingwood. And I would have never expected this. I informed Guillermo that it would be pertinent for his manager to equip him with the ability to make sound decisions in these types of cases. I will be speaking with GM Amanda Dillion as soon as she returns from her vacation. And Hugo Bahena, and Sara.
