One of the worst experiences I've had.
Owner always has an attitude.
They refused to serve me for no good reason.
Stay away.

The guy was being an asshole and a dick. He want to kick us out because the baby was playing. This was the worst experience I been in.
Eating at Cuu Long Quan was a great experience. It was nostalgic and reminded me of how old school Asian restaurants ran. You walk in and it smells like a 1980s Vegas casino—sterile cleaner mixed with cigarette smoke. This snapshot from another generation was complete with the classic Asian restaurant decor and the DVD/VHS combo player with a Burl Ives claymation special playing.
The waiter was typical for a great Asian place—direct, prompt, utilitarian, and mostly just saying “okay” for much of the meal but as you depart, he becomes quite jovial and talks you up for a few minutes. Classic!
I think sketchy is too strong of a word (we never felt unsafe) but the shopping area has stores with barred windows, there’s shards of broken glass in the parking lot, and at least 8 closed circuit cameras in the restaurant so something noteworthy might have gone down in the past. Lots of charm and character!
The dishes were solid offerings. We got shrimp spring rolls (though we ordered pork and shrimp), combination pho, grilled pork with egg rolls and vermicelli, and the stir fried noodles with chicken/beef/shrimp. All of them tasted great—the pho was savory, the varied texture and mix of tastes of the vermicelli dish was amazing, and although the sauce and meat of the stir fried noodles were average, the noodles had a great wok seasoned taste.
Recommended!

I really tried to give this place a chance, me and my cousin went here about several times each after the first, hoping for the service to become better. The older gentleman assuming he's the owner, always maintained a rude and displeasant aura anytime we appeared. No smile, no welcoming spirit, and not to jump to conclusions yet appeared to have racial judgement and discomfort from our presence. Whatever the case I for one try to be understanding and look past peoples rough exterior because we all go through things. Although at the end of the day each customer that walks through the door is someone valuing your food and keeping your business running. Needless to say will not be returning but for others sake, I would hope this is corrected and I wish them the best!

Let me say... the food was absolutely AMAZINGGGGGGG... but the old dude was so rude, his service was terrible and it was super hot in there.. The outside and parking is super sketchy, it's definitely in the hood.. but again... the food was out of this world and very very cheap.. very large portions..

In the neighborhood (heading to Botanical Gardens), stopped here because of good ratings.
Did not disappoint!
Strip center/ restaurant a little sketchy, inside is a 6 of 10 rating. Place was 50% full at 2 pm. I had lunch special. $10 combo beef, chicken & shrimp with rice & egg roll. Shrimp was perfect... not overcooked, very tender. Beef & chicken was Beef & chicken!
Also had pork vermicelli.. very good. Pork was slightly crispy. And the best part? Iced tea was $1.00!
When was the last time you saw that? And huge glasses too!! Appears to be mom & pop shop. Wife cooking. Husband working upfront. Will be back!

Went in for lunch and got the hunan beef lunch special. The beef tasted great and had a good quality feel. It also came out piping hot so be careful. The rice was fluffy yet sticky enough for chopstiks. The egg roll was fantastic as well. Great spot for food. Will be going back to try more.

Good food and good prices ,the only bad part is that the owner always has a bad attitude for no reason,he needs to keep in mind that we choose to eat there but we don't have to eat there.
