Inside the Conservatory food court, great music and atmosphere. This ceviche is amazing. Large portions, quality ingredients and full of flavor. The crew is not the liveliest bunch, but they deliver on food prep. The 713 Ceviche has fried calamari, providing nice texture and balance to the dish.

Something is wrong with their prices. A small plate of fried rice does not cost $16. This clearly must be a typo. Please fix your prices.

I love Peruvian ceviche & had been eyeing this spot in the popular Conservatory. Prices were more than reasonable (every place that sells the dish is about $18-22) and the portion was very good. Fish was fresh and the leche de tigre was perfectly sour. I only wish the portion of the sides (sweet potato, corn, corn nuts) was bigger and complemented the amount of fish, because I just had a lot of fish remaining. They also asked if I wanted mild or spicy, and I chose spicy yet it wasn't spicy at all. Also, the place didn't offer complimentary tap water which I found a bit odd. Overall, definitely would return to satisfy my ceviche cravings.

Only split a Ceviche 713, but it was exquisite. We used it as an appetizer for our chicken sandwiches. More than half, so my friend got the leftovers. Will return to try other menu items. Recommend.
