I love this place! Whenever I come to The Conservatory, I always get ceviche! They have a handful of options but “The Clásico” is the best.

Service is always friendly and quick.

Since they are located inside the food hall, there are many seating options. I like their bar seating facing the street and letting the light in.

I will always come back!

We honestly didn’t expect much when we arrived because this place is inside a food hall and not a full-service restaurant. We were actually about to leave, but we were starving, so we decided to give it a chance. The cashier told us we could take the food downstairs to the bar, grab some drinks, and watch the game — and wow, best decision ever.
The ceviche was incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor. The lomo saltado was hands down THE BEST I’ve ever had. Tender meat, amazing sauce, and perfectly cooked fries and rice. Sometimes the best food comes from the most unexpected places. This spot completely exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back.

Highly recommended! 🇵🇪🔥

I guess maybe it's just me.But i'm not too into the really loud music. So you do have to move around to find seating. In order to get a nice quiet spot if you want to just talk and have a nice time. But if you're into drinking and boudness, hey, it's all there, but at least you get both

I'm sorry to say this but food was too salty and the Causa's consistency was not good. It was very dry. I felt overcharged, I couldn't even eat half of my plate. Workers were nice though.

Authentic and delicious Peruvian food. We had the mixed ceviche, fried seafood and chicken chaufa. Everything was amazing and the service was also great!

Simply delicious! One of the best ceviches by far in Houston. The experience of eating there was like being in Lima, location and atmosphere reminded me of Mercado 28 in Miraflores. The portions were very generous, authentic and filling. We ordered a Mixed Ceviche, the seafood was fresh, Lomo Saltado and Seafood Chaufa (fried rice). The smokey flavor of the Lomo and Chaufa was on point. The courteous service was an added plus. Will definitely be making this one of our regulars spots for Peruvian cravings.

Great vibe as soon as you walk in the food court with plenty of seating available. Ordering was easy and a variety of plates to choose from. Arroz Chaufa & Anticuchos were both delicious and the green sauce complimented both perfectly. Chicha was also full of flavor and was worth the refill, would recommend to anyone looking for delicious american-ized peruvian food.

It doesn’t deserve a 4.8 at all. Food is very mediocre. Served so slowly.

Ceviche here is the better one I’ve had in Houston. The Yuca Frita was superb, too. The hangout spot is amazing—great vibe
