The flavor and variety of their drinks are amazing! Especially their yogurt specialties.
But recently their drinks consist of 70% ice and 30% actual drink you ordered. You can finish their beverages in like 3-5 sips. Drinks are too pricey for the amount you actually get.

Bought a green Thai tea yesterday didn’t like the flavor of it and there wasn’t as much grass jelly.. really like this place but drink yesterday didn’t meet my expectations Went in and they fixed my drink to my liking :D

Great customer service, super cute vibe, and amazing drinks! It was pretty busy when we got there, but they were super quick. I got the crème brûlée pearl latte and my friend had the roasted brown sugar pearl matcha. Both looked so good and tasted awesome! I loved the golden and black boba, and the crème brûlée foam was seriously amazing. The staff were really friendly too.
Horrible experience here for my first visit. atmosphere is great and drinks are good however the service leaves much to be desired. I order 6$ cheese sticks and received them with a roach on the packaging. After pointing it out to the cashier she apologized and wiped it with a napkin. I proceeded to ask for a refund because I or my wife would not eat them. she hesitated and said, “but it was only on the side”. Bruh maybe you like your food with a side of roach but not me. So overall if you don’t want roaches in your food I’d steer clear of this place.

I got the Dragonfruit Lemonade and my brother got Chocolate Frappe we both got pearls and i got lychee as well.. It was absolutely AMAZING. By far the BEST boba tea place I have had yet! Presentation was fantastic and it got better with each sip. I’m not the type to leave reviews but this place i had to, because it is so good!

I visited this location yesterday after frequently enjoying the one in Bellaire, and honestly, it fell short of expectations. The overall experience didn’t quite compare — both the atmosphere and flavors were much better at the Bellaire branch.
I’m not sure if they’re owned by the same franchisee, but the difference was noticeable. The tea was very weak, and with only a small amount of ice, it lacked the refreshing flavor I was expecting. It was the first time I didn’t even finish half of my drink.
The waffle also needs serious improvement — the batter just didn’t meet the standard. It was disappointing, especially since I had high hopes based on my past experience.
That said, the shop was clean and the staff were okay.
