Daddy's Chicken Shack

Very overcooked salty chicken sandwich and about 20 minutes of waiting in the drive through with only one customer ahead of me. Go to Popeyes instead

I walked in and greeted the cashier, but her lack of enthusiasm and motivation made the experience unpleasant. She didn’t acknowledge my greeting or show any interest in taking my order. It felt like she was only asking out of obligation, not because she cared about the service. Honestly, a dissected snail would have looked more alive and engaged than she did.

As for the food, I wasn’t impressed. It lacked flavor and originality—just another forgettable attempt at a chicken sandwich. It seems like everyone wants to open a restaurant these days, but not everyone puts in the effort to make their food stand out.

Food taste good, not a lot for the money unless you get combo

Had a very awful experience picking up a delivery order from here. The woman at the counter tried to hold the customer's drink hostage until I confirmed the order (the order wasn't even ready either). I told her that if I confirmed it before I got the complete order, my timer would start and I would be late when I delivered the order. She said that she wasn't really taking any of this that seriously but didn't want to get into trouble. After things got heated, she finally handed me the order. If you're treating delivery drivers this poorly, I can only imagine how you treat your customers. No wonder this place is always dead. I chalked it up to the poor decision of opening this place up across the street from Popeyes. But that doesn't seem to be the case.

Daddy's has a lot of potential--but the portions are just not up to par with the prices they command. I don't mind paying the money for the product I anticipate receiving. The chicken tenders were juicy and perfectly-cooked, but they were tiny. The fries were of the battered variety, which I usually don't care for, but they were perfectly-crispy. I finished all of them. Barbara was very friendly and took good care of me while I was there. Line up the prices with the portions or vice-versa.

It was ok ,,, i had the spicy chicken sandwich. Wasn’t spicy,, but it wasn’t nasty either.

I’m very disappointed, I wanted hot chicken and all I got was a tiny little sandwich. The fries are amazing, the sandwich was so sad, I’m not coming back. I hope this place shuts down and it’s replaced by Mico’s but they keep the fries

1st time and we are loving it. Yes! The staff is nice and recommends things like at a restaurant. Our new fave spot.

Parking: Get the 2 slider meal. Try different sliders everytime. ?

Well, I saw all the hype on Facebook and that chicken looked great so I drove a good way about 45 minutes and the outside was not what I thought but that’s no big deal. Nothing wrong with that but there was a couple sitting outside eating their lunch and I got their opinion and I even got a sample of the chicken from the gentleman there and, a little on the salty side and not really to my liking now I’m a food snob, but I’m so glad I did not waste my money and I think that gentleman for letting me have a taste of his chicken so I didn’t have to waste my money, but maybe my standards are high
