As per usual, our dining experience at Daily Grill was superb! The food, the service, and the atmosphere was excellent. My husband and I love eating at Daily Grill and go there as often as possible.
Truth be told, we only came to this location out of convenience; and we sure are glad that we did so!
The food itself was very delicious, the staff acted patiently and accordingly, and the dining area / restrooms were quite clean. The only real issue we had was that a couple (sitting right next to us) were talking quite loudly and using some strong language.
Apart from that, we loved the aesthetic of this place and are glad that it could satisfy our appetites!

The Daily Grill feels like a typical hotel restaurant—you get what you expect, and that’s not much.
I ordered the Strawberry Lemonade and a Chop Burger with Fries, while my husband had the Regular Lemonade and the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich.
Strawberry Lemonade: Something tasted off, but I couldn’t figure out what.
Chop Burger: Bland but edible.
Chipotle Chicken Sandwich: No seasoning, and the sauce tasted like watered-down Heinz 57.
Service was lackluster, though the space was clean. Overall, it’s fine if you’re in a pinch, but don’t expect much.

I went for the first time today Man I tell you I this is my new to go place to go and get something to eat the mall needs more sit down restaurants like this besides all I won't say the other names but it was really nice I love the atmosphere I like the fact that you can sit by the window and some of the boots and look out the window and see the people walking around with bags and shopping and it's a very nice atmosphere and I will be back My weight it was awesome everything the food was good I had a great time can't wait to come back

Ordered a burger and fries. The patty was cold. Fries were old and not fresh.
It was 3:45 pm. Food took a while to arrive and waiter never asked once if everything was okay.

We had an issue with the check that was concerning. We were overcharged by our server in excess of $100.00. Once we brought it to their attention it was corrected with no explanation.
Food is great here! We tried sweet potato carbonara and the cordon bleu chicken and mushroom risotto and both were amazing! Servers were helpful and tended to us regularly. Dessert strawberry shortcake and coconut cream pie were also great. Will definitely be back!

Just ate dinner here with my family. I had at least 2 shards of glass in my iced tea. Now I know accidents happen and I know that was not on purpose. I drank my iced tea and something came up my straw. I thought it might have been a seed from the lemon in my drink. When I spit it out it was a shard of glass. When I looked into my drink there was at least a inch size piece of glass in my drink. When my parents and I told the waiter, he acknowledged it but his attitude about it seemed like it was “whatever”. He responded “what do you want?” There was no need to respond that way. I’m not blaming anyone for there being glass in my drink because I know that’s not on purpose. But that is not what you would respond to someone who is telling you there is a problem with their drink. Eventually he told us that he informed the manager which I did see him speak to the manager. The manager however NEVER once came up to our table to address it. I’ve worked in customer service for 10 years and health care for going on 7. If there is a problem in your establishment you as a leader and higher up should address it and check on the individual. Especially when it’s something as dangerous as someone almost swallowed glass shards in their drink. He not once came to our table. The waiter later told us the manager just removed my meal off our ticket. I wasn’t looking for my meal to be comped in anyway. I brought this up because something dangerous like that I do not want happening to anyone else. That is something that could be deadly. Extremely disappointing that the manager didn’t even bother to address it. Please do better!

I feel like it used to be a little higher and now it feels a little cheap a little less ambience, but our waiter was really good and the food was good. It used to be better. I don't know if the management or ownership has changed.
No. Order was messed up and waiter was nowhere to be found. Ordered a burger medium well and it came out rare and so drippy. When we finally surfaced, his response was "I put it in correct and the kitchen messed it up". No apology. Just a blank stare and walked away. Bathroom had no soap so hopefully staff had somewhere else to wash their hands! Manager was equally combative and unapologetic even though at that point I had already paid and tipped. I wasn't even looking for it to be comped. Now my stomach hurts and never again. Save yourself the grief and don't go here.

Spinach artichoke dip was great.
Got the chipotle chicken sandwich, and it wasnt good at all. The breading on the chicken was non existent as it was soggy from the amount of sauce they cover it in from the chipotle honey, as well as the additional wet slaw and sauce they add on top.
Wife got the turkey club and it was okay.
