The waiter here seemed unenthusiastic as soon as I asked for the mall employee menu. She didn’t even start me off with a drink and I waited almost 10 minutes before she finally came up to me and asked “do you know what you want?”. She only came up to my table a grand total of three times my entire time I was there. One to take my order, put my food on the table, and then to give me my check. I would’ve gotten the molten lava cake if she actually bothered to ask me if I wanted anything else, but instead she just put the check on my table. Very disheartening experience as somebody who eats here regularly.

Sadly giving this restaurant 2 stars since it gave my entire table food poisoning. It was one of the appetizers so be warned.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming though but I am extremely disappointed that the food made us sick. It tasted good though.

In short, the Grill was the perfect spot for a lunch meeting/discussion. Several great choices for Lundh specials were offered and the two we had were both delicious - the Reuben Sandwiich/salad combo and the Cobb Salad. Service was very attentive and the atmosphere was perfect - mostly quiet, comfortable booths, etc. Definitely include this for a lunch time outing. I'll need to visit later in the evening sometime for a full assessment but anticipate it will be equally the same, possibly a little busier and a little nosier, perhaps.
I arrived at this bar by accident and I was having a good time, the people at the bar treated us very well but there was an incident with the manager who pulled a person who was sitting next to me saying it was because of his smell, he was an indu person who was waiting for his girlfriend and was not doing anything wrong. She was rude, she ran him off and made us feel very uncomfortable. As a Latina person I was outraged and it completely ruined my experience. Too bad because the food was delicious and the bartender and another waitress greeted us very warmly.
Went in for the first time last week not knowing what to expect, most anywhere in the mall the atmosphere is very uninviting, however the restaurant offers a comfortable welcoming and low volume place to enjoy a quick bite or a friendly bar experience as the bartender was very pleasant, I was helped by and shown to my seat by Ms. Claudia who was more than amazing, she took time to show me around to some of the most talked about items on the menu as lost as I was and added to the very welcoming atmosphere they had to offer. I had very pleasant conversations and kind exchange of words while enjoying what she sold me on was their Cordon Bleu which blew me out of the water, I had ordered another Togo for my wife to enjoy which they were overall very hasteful about but never felt like i was being rushed out, Overall 10/10 will be visiting this restaurant when inside the mall much more frequently!

Coming from Atlanta Georgia. The kitchen was nearly closed and a very nice gentleman named William who worked at bar made sure that I had my order in a timely manner. The visit was so inviting and very pleasant that I didn’t want leave!!! Thanks William for making this trip pleasurable!!

We love Daily Grill and eat there quite often! The food is delicious and the service is outstanding! Highly recommend it!

Went to eat dinner at the Dailey Grill on Saturday 5-17-26 around 730pm. We ate at the bar but had to fight off gnats throughout our dinner. I told the bar-back but he just looked at me and shook his head. Invest in a bottle of Clorox that’ll get rid of them.

Placed an order to be delivered to my room. The instructions said to simply select pick up and put the room number in the notes section. After receiving the notification that the food was ready but no delivery, I decided to call to see what was the hold up. I was then told to have it delivered to the room it would be an extra $5. There was no mention of a delivery charge anywhere while placing the order. After already giving a generous tip on a small order, I requested to cancel the order and be refunded. Should be more clear that there is an additional charge upfront instead of asking for more money later.
As per usual, our dining experience at Daily Grill was superb! The food, the service, and the atmosphere was excellent. My husband and I love eating at Daily Grill and go there as often as possible.
We used to be regulars at this place for years- we’ve tried it twice in the last 6 months hoping for it to be like it used to be- and it’s not. (No bread either) Dry sliders- overly oily fish and chips- my daughter’s honey chicken sandwich was pink inside. You don’t have the option to order stuff like Mahi Mahi anymore and the limited menu they do have is basic and the quality of the food has gone down tremendously. I think they changed ownership- truly disappointing and we won’t be back!
