Husband and I were in town for our niece's wedding. Was hungry after the drive to Houston. I don't eat beef or pork so I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo. Everything was very fresh and good. The lady at the drive thru window was very nice and pleasant 🥰

The owner goes on social media asking for customers. i drive over on saturday night at 9:15pm and the door is locked. They are open, but drive thru only. They appear to be in a very rough area. I don't eat in my car. I went there to eat and bring business. I left and walked inside a Chik fil a and ordered a meal and ate it inside the restaurant. Now the owner knows why he has little business. You have no reason to complain you need business yet you don't unlock the doors for people to come inside and eat. Your choice. I tried to help your business but you are hurting your business.

Poor consumer service. I had ordered a honey barbecue chicken strip basket through the drive-thru. I didn't notice until I got home that I received the wrong product. Went back up to get the problem resolved, they ticket back into the kitchen like they were going to fix the problem but then refused to fix it and sent me back out the door with the same cold basket I went in with.
