It was a hot day. I was training for my new job. I had never been to a Dairy Queen before. It was on my bucket list of curiosities. The air conditioning was a kind reprieve from the intense mid-day heat. The staff were polite, helpful and pleasant. I had a cheeseburger meal and some ice cream for dessert. Life was good. With my belly full and my body cooled, I went back to work.

To say this place doesn't have a lot of traffic they definitely have good chili cheese fries. The place definitely needs a makeover. They are always friendly. They are running a race with McDonald's when it comes to messing up your order, but hey, what you expect.

The environment is very toxic and I’ve overheard the managers yelling at the crew members infront of costumers, getting treated very unfairly as well as being rude at the drive through speaker

Outside drive thru should wrap around the building not on the road, where they block the visibility of incoming traffic, yall should advertise this for safety,

Notes on dasher order say not to go through drive thru for door dasher and only go through dining but dining door was locked so I had to go through drive thru which delayed my delivery. It’s only 9:30.
