I have been coming here since I was a young girl. And today my experience with yall was ruined. Right now my family lives in our car because we had a lot issues during 2025. I was excited to eat my first meal of the day. They told us to park next to the entrance. My husband had a bag of trash, and with out thinking threw into the trash. I wasn’t aware of what my husband was doing or anything. This manager with glasses I guess, comes out with my food mad. Saying to me Next time don’t throw your trash in our trash cans, you don’t pay for it we do. I apologize but she ignored me and walked away. I’m in a wheelchair and I didnt throw it to the trash so idk why she was telling me. And I didnt tell him either. This left a bad taste in my mouth. I threw away half my meal cause how could I enjoy it after that. She was rude. And my husband took the trash out after I told him and apologized as well and explained that we are homeless and we didn’t think much of it. And that it won’t happen again.

Very bad service. I have came to this Dairy Queen numerous times and ordered a 6 pc chicken strip basket, half spicy and half regular. Today I’m told that they don’t do that at this restaurant or at least just not in the evening shift. I only come in the evening after work so evidently the guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Then I wouldn’t give me the owner’s contact information. Very poor service.

My drive thru order came out hot n fresh.. they very accommodating, fast and accurate service. They got my order ready quick.. highly recommended. And definitely will comeback

I came on 5-01-25 and yall did not flip my blizzard and yall honored the nonblizzard flip policy . I came back on 5-11-2025 and the employee did the same by not flipping my blizzard and when I told the manager he got confrontational and said yall do not honor that policy when clearly the card has the address of said DQ location ! Is honoring the policy up to each individual manager???

They suck at taking orders! If we ordered a banana split with double chocolate and no whip cream. Why gives us something different from the way we ordered it. Learn how to do orders and take orders!! Yes, I am a bit disappointed because I paid for what I WANTED NOT THE WAY AROUND!! SMH! RUINED MY DESSERT!!!

First time I came in with my kids, my daughters burger had a hair in it. We did love the ice cream so we came again but this time tries the chicken. $17 for 1 meal and 1 additional drink. I was expecting a decent mean. The chicken strips where the size of my finger. If it wasn't for the ice cream, I wouldn't come back
The food always comes out fresh, the service is great and the employees are very friendly.

The line can sometimes be long. But service is usually pretty fast. Have never been disappointed with my blizzards. Always taste great!

This place apparently doesn't make hamburgers to order like before. Every time I order my triple cheese burger, it's always dry and tastes like the meat patty has been waiting for me to arrive and always cold, I go to Jackinthebox always made to order also McDonald's is has great service. I haven't been back to Dairy Queen. The only thing that's the right temperature is the iced cream.
