The workers took at least five to ten minutes to acknowledge me there in the store. Also, when I finished my meal, I decided to have an ice cream, which I hardly ever do, and I had to wait 12 minutes for a dipped cone.....

Stopped here to get my grandkids some dinner and a dessert, was kinda pricey for chicken basket and a blizzard but I guess that’s everything nowadays. My only gripe was that we waited for 15 minutes for our food to come out, the drive through was empty and there were maybe 2 cars parked in front so idk. Maybe the blizzard takes a while, or they had to find the nuggets? Anyways, they loved it so that’s all that counts.

Not so great. Do not go during a weekday morning or afternoon. Ask for the food to be made fresh. The burger was premade & heated in the microwave. The tell-tell sign that it was microwaved is the burger including the bun and paper were scorching hot and unable to handle by hand until the paper cooled down.

If I could put 0 stars I would, after a day of work I decided to go to my local DQ and get a taco salad. I asked the worker for ranch and was given Italian dressing along with Caesar dressing. I was already at home when I noticed the dressings I received, I then used the Caesar dressing and noticed it didn’t look correct… when looking at the expiration date I noticed the dressing was 6 months expired!!! I called the store 5 times before making may way to the location, the last 2 calls I made the call went straight to voicemail.. I then drove 15 minutes back to the location and when I asked if the male I was speaking to was a manager he replied with “mhm” then later on in the interaction it was proven that a lady there was actually the manager but she never came to speak to me. I’m very disappointed in my experience and after years of going to this exact location and actually working there I will NEVER go back

Love, love, love their food! Their Dude burger is one of my favorite burgers. I also really like their tacos, and they've always been made with really fresh chopped lettuce and diced tomatoes. I'm also quite fond of their Peanut Buster Parfaits and the butterscotch sundaes.

The worst fast food experience in my life! I order a #3 with a sweet from the drive through. Once I made it to the window, the worker asked if I had the 3 tacos. I said no. She looked for my order, but she didn't see it. Now, a guy comes to the window and takes my order right from the window. They asked me to pull in front of the store and they would bring my order out to me. 15 mins later, the same guy that took my order brought my food. Once I realized he didn't give me my sweet tea, I parked my car and went inside. I told the guy that took my order that he forgot to give me my drink. He quickly made it. Upon looking in my bag at my order, I realized they gave me a 1# instead of #3. Mind you, they already messed my order up the first and this time they still couldn't get the order right after ordering at the window. I politely ask for the manager to express bad experiences. She was dismissive but, reluctantly, she refunded my money....this location needs a serious management and personal change.

The Manager on duty was horrible. She talked down to the employee who needed help in front of her customers. When I tried to ask her a question, she turned her back to me and walked off. This is the worst kind of Management. Most of the employees are very nice and courteous but this manager will cause Dairy Queen to have to close it 's doors. I really like Dairy Queen but I was very dissapointed in the Management. I feel sorry for the staff that has to work with that attitude every day. I would have given 4 stars but the Management didn't deserve it.

This has been my favorite location for years, good food, staff is friendly, and facility clean. I am there at least 4 times a month. Yesterday, the manager was so sweet said Ma'am I have to make a fresh batch of Chicken and dumplings another customer got the last one, it will be 16 minutes. He checked with every customer to see if they needed anything. Today I passed a 40 car deep drive thru at Chick-fil-A and 10 car deep on at Raising Canes, and however many at Whataburger as I wanted a Burger deal. The manager who was in the drive thru either made an aubible sigh or sarcastic comments since I wanted my burger a certain way. When she said a strange combo for my blizzard order. I said I would come in. After all there was no cars behind me, one in front of me, 2 by the entrance. I walked in. The first thing I wad told was "Ma'am I didn't hear what you said." Before I said a word. I did let her know she was unprofessional, she didn't think so, and I told her you could have let me know that. I didn't say anything about the other stuff as I thought this is an owner issue. When I got back home my burger was dry, over cooked and had been microwaved. It does not seem this location wants business or regular customers. That's ok there are others in the area. I think they need secret shoppers. I plan to notify the corporate offices after the holidays. Customer beware.
