Went through the drive thru ordered a jalapeño burger with tater tots. The tater tots were frozen and the meat and cheese were uncooked. Went in to speak to the manager and some lunatic that works there who inserted herself in the conversation attacked me verbally and she looked intoxicated. She was yelling and screaming obscenities towards me and accused me of being an illegal alien. Mind you she couldn’t put a sentence together, spoke broken English, was high and crazy. The world we live in now. Horrible! I asked for a refund and will never go back. Horrible customer experience!

How was I asked to pull up for a combo meal and a frito pie, and you leave the fries out of the bag. I waited for 5 minutes after I was asked to pull over, and my order was still not complete.SMHI first trip back to Dairy Queen in over 5 years might be my last.

It depends on the time of day you go.. I recently went back to this location. I repeated no sauce, no condiments just dry, because of a mustard allergy after each order. I ordered 4 meals and some extra steak fingers. I even had the lady repeat my order back to me. I had to park and wait which is fine. But after waiting 10-15 minutes I get all 3 burger combos loaded with mustard.. I took it back inside and the manager and the workers got upset with me. I don't understand why you mad and yall trying to take me out with mustard.. worst experience at this location. Funny cause I did a review about a month ago saying that this location was the best. If I ever go back I will just check for who is working because no one wants to work but everybody wants a check.

It saddens me to say that Dairy Queen seems to have lost the magic it once had. I used to be a loyal fan, particularly drawn to their delightful banana splits and irresistible blizzards. Those desserts were the highlights of my childhood, and they held a special place in my heart. However, recent experiences have left me disappointed. The quality that made Dairy Queen exceptional seems to have declined over the years. The banana splits, which were once a symphony of flavors and textures, now lack the freshness and care that made them memorable. The ice cream in blizzards, too, no longer carries that rich, creamy consistency I fondly remember.Customer service, another aspect that used to set Dairy Queen apart, has also taken a hit. The warmth and enthusiasm that once greeted customers seem to have diminished, leaving a lackluster impression.I share these observations with a heavy heart, hoping that Dairy Queen can recapture the essence that made them a beloved dessert destination. Perhaps a return to the passion for quality and customer satisfaction that defined them in the past can restore the joy they once brought to so many. Here's to hoping for a revival of the Dairy Queen we all used to love.

Hamburger was delicious! Restaurant was clean and the owner was super nice. He even suggested the kids meal, which saved almost $4.00. Will definitely be returning!
