I asked for 2 burritos with nacho cheese and received shredded cheese so I returned them. They said they would fix them and just added the nacho cheese on top of the same burritos. It's a outdated location and I will not be returning.
I ordered a #2 combo, I didn't know that I was getting a very small French fries, I also ordered a medium Strawberry Sunday for almost $5 and it look like a toddler size very small not even full only half way..

Not a single person was wearing gloves as I watched them make my food from the drive thru. I literally watched them touch my food. Never ever ever again. And to think this has been the neighborhood DQ for years and I’ve come here since the 80s. I have a chronic medical condition with a low immune system. Do you think I can trust that your employees wash their hands?

Are yall too broke to fix a speaker? I've came and 1. the girl taking my order could not hear me at all. 2. When we got to the window, they got my order wrong. They told the cook and he blamed us and started screaming at the girl taking our order. All because you cant hear anything on you speaker. All the poor girl did was close the window and you can still hear him. Terrible. Man, I threw away my food bc he prolly spat in it. Do better. Get that speaker fix. Or get better people.
Worse attitude ever. first their drive thru speaker doesn't work and can barely hear what the worker is saying. then they blame us for ordering the wrong food, I clearly wanted regular chicken stripes and when I pull up to the widow their cook and the drive thru lady gives us attitude saying I wanted spicy when I clearly wanted regular. making it seem like it was my fault, yelling and making a scene and everything. I was nice and polite even letting them know their speaker was broken and we can hear anything on our side. its not my fault that yall cant hear and got my order wrong. learn to take accountability and and not blame the other party. all because yall too broke to fix yalls speaker.

Ordered multiple blizzards didn’t receive the correct ones. Food is always missing do not recommend. No returns even tho they don’t tell you they don’t have what you want until after you’ve paid and they’ve made them if they tell you at all. Ordered Oreo recees blizzard they served a Oreo blizzard. Not what I ordered she said oh we don’t have that, ok then why did you take my money and serve me something I didn’t order? My husband ordered the cheesecake blizzard and it was made wrong also missing three tacos from our order. Not returning to this location.

Let’s talk about Dairy Queen. Normally, I play it safe—I walk in, grab my trusty steak finger basket with tater tots, and life is good. But on this day, I decided to switch it up. I ordered the chili cheese dog with red onions, mustard, and—key detail no hair. Yes, you read that right. Minus the hair. So there I am, on my hour-long break, tater tots in one hand, ketchup on standby, ready to enjoy this little moment of peace. First couple bites, everything’s fine. Then bam surprise ingredient: one long, black hair.
Mood? Ruined. Appetite? Gone. My break? Wasted.
All I wanted was a chili cheese dog. What I got was chili, cheese, onions, mustard, and somebody’s DNA.
Dairy Queen, I didn’t ask for the “hair special.” Please keep it off the menu.
