Warning: this restaurant does NOT follow their posted hours of operation! I got to the drive thru at 945pm (they were supposed to close at 10pm). I eventually found out they "sometimes close early" if they are not busy. There were a couple cars ahead of me, so...huh? It sounds like the employees and management are lazy and don't want to work. This location is an embarrassment to the DQ brand and should be required to go through retraining including customer service, caring about your customers who are paying for your services, and sticking to your posted hours of operation. These are basic skills for maintaining a successful business.

My order is usually done anytime income to this Dairy queen. However on Jan 14, I ordered a salad. I ate literally 3 bites and had hair in my mouth. Long black curly hair. I contacted corporate and the said they forwarded this info to the owner since it independently owned. Today is Jan 21 and no one has contacted yet. I don't recommend bc they do not respond to paying customers

Food is still pretty good in my book, and the wait time for an order is short. Place is clean and accessible, but it feels old-timey, at least last I went. Maybe if there was background music it would feel livelier, but otherwise pretty good.
I used the drive thru and thought the service was rather slow. But, when I got back to the office, everything was very hot, meaning it was cooked to order. Once at the window, service was very prompt. Building and parking lot showing their age. However, I came for the food and was well satisfied. I plan to return.

Depends on cashier if your food right. Their speaker is messed up on drive through. So repeat ur order at window make sure it's correct. But the young girl and guy still may get it wrong. Onion Rings the best.

I order a marshmallow sundae and asked to add one topping and the Asian guy acts like I'm asking for his first born son, and refuses to do it. He says it's against their policy yet he's the only one that has a problem doing it. What time he saw another employee making my order because he refused and then went up to that employee and told them they were not supposed to do that and they will get in trouble. I don't understand what the trouble is with adding brownies on top of a plain marshmallow Sunday. I asked him to charge it as a topping, or do whatever he hast to do and he protect those brownies it's like they are made from his own flesh and blood.
