Jaime perhaps the most beautiful person at the store not because of her aesthetics it's because of her service. Every customer was taken care of and satisfied and the RESTAURANT WAS CLEAN. I HAVE NEVER. seen that in my life at DQ. staff was awesome and mirrored their boss.

Just left this place The girl at drive thru was very rude I asked 2 times for a hot fudge sundae and she gave me a chocolate When I told her she looked mad and when she handed it to me I kindly said thank you and she didn't reply just rolled her eyes Very very rude and I will never come back

I just had one of the worst experiences at this Dairy Queen location. As I pulled up to the order screen, the young man taking the order was very short and rude with me. For no reason. Almost as if he didn't want to take my order. I was inches from going off on him. That's how bad it was. However, I decided to bring it here to google instead. Jocelyn, who at the window took my payment, would not give me his name for some reason. Maybe bc she knows this is how whoever he was, treats customers rudely, and thinks it's okay. She would NOT give me a name, which is only helping keep the problem unchecked and continuous. I probably will never come back to this location and would admonish others not to either until they implement some professional coaching for their employees. Awwwweful experience. And Jocelyn, fyi... the managers and GMs will know who took my order regardless of whether you wanted to divulge it or not.

Recently stopped by this location to pick up some dessert to surprise my family with some sweet DQ treats.
Between the faulty working speaker and the bad customer service, we received this was not a good visit.
The person taking the orders was very short and snappy with the way she was talking to me, a customer.
If your equipment isn't working you either get it fixed or put a sign to tell you people to pull up to the window.
Needless to say that I'm not going to go to this location anymore and make the drive to the one in Humble.

I hate it I request a Hawaiian blissard with strawberry 🍓 and pecans and is sopusted to have coconut 🥥 and bananas and did not have none

They screwed up my order the employees are incompetent I ordered a burger chicken tenders that was supposed to come with a ice cream they did not provide that instead they got my burger wrong it had lettuce tomato and raw onion when I asked for it to be plain and dry I reported them to cooperate and the franchisee the burger tasted awful it had no flavor and was like eating carboard I then reported it to the Franchisee then I called them spoke to the shift manager Nathan they told me they could give me a refund in person so I went and they told me they could not provide me a refund without the food they did not tell me that over the phone so on top of wasting my time they also said they could remake the food so I gave a new order and then they told me they would have to charge me this place is an absolute circus I'm surprised this place is even still here I have not been to a Dairy Queen in 2 years and I remember why because Dairy Queen is just god awful the quality the taste the service all a dumpster fire and they should either step up their game or just stop operating
