I got here before closing time. I was in line onces I pulled up they said that they we're not accepting any more orders. I ask them why? If it was not even closing time yet. This place says 11:30 and it's not even 11:30 yet. The excuse was because there were only three people working. I was only going to order 1 banana split split. Did not even ask me anything else. I'm done writing all this and it's not 11:30 yet. Respect what the sign says............................... And you could look at all my reviews i really never leave bad reviews........

Won't be back to this location. How hard is it to make a blizzard?. Whoever yall have making the blizzards tonight needs more training. This used to be my go to location. But accuracy has been very inconsistent lately. French silk pie blizzard,full of cookie pieces and nothing else. Great job ??

This location is usually on point, but whoever made my French Silk Pie blizzard 30 minutes ago...go to & stay at the cash register. If you don't know the recipe, why sell the product wrong. Yall charging too much to make it wrong.

Before ordering, i went to the restroom, where I put two strands of toilet paper on the stall for a bit more privacy. While I'm washing my hands, the manager comes in yelling at me for wasting paper. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I old him this is the most ridiculous thing that has ever happened to me and if he wanted I could pay for the 3 ft of toilet paper I used for privacy which he declined. This is completely out of line! I could even odrder after this it was extremely embarrassing.
I had a fantastic experience at the drive-thru recently, thanks to Nathan! His upbeat attitude and genuine friendliness made our visit truly memorable. He had my whole family laughing, and we were all pleasantly surprised by how someone could be so good at their job. Nathan’s enthusiasm and attention to detail made us feel valued as customers, and it really brightened our day. He’s a real gem, and we can’t wait to return!
