Horrible service, it does even deserve a one star. I have been sitting at this window for over 30 minutes, the lady inside has yet to come to the window to say anything. I use to love Dairy Queen, but with this Absolutely poor, Rude, service, especially this location, I will never come back. I have read many reviews on this location, and I have to tell you the response to the customers concerns are Absolutely Poor!!!!!!!! Oh, and please don't respond with "We are sorry to hear" I know you are sorry......to hear. Goodbye😕😞

Overall pretty meh experience. Sub par service in the afternoon, very long wait, lady seemed stressed, they charged me for onion rings and I received fries. When I called after I realized their mistake, no answer. I called more than three time and still no answer. Not a pleasant experience.
