usually enjoy Dairy Queen, but my recent visit was really disappointing. The service was slow even though the place wasn’t busy, and my Blizzard was barely mixed — it was mostly just vanilla ice cream with toppings sitting on top. The fries were cold, and the burger tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. On top of that, the tables were sticky and no one seemed in a hurry to clean them

This is by far the worse location EVER AND I DONT RECOMMEND IT!!!
First and foremost the service sucks and the male employee here on this day 10/23/25 was extremely extremely rude and very unprofessional. This employee needs to be retrained and have better manners. Next, the food is very horrible and the cook needs to do a better job cooking the food especially the chicken. I ordered the 4 count chicken strips and when I got to my job to eat my food those chicken strips where not cooked and had a clay type of texture. That is very disgusting and unhealthy. What really upset me was that this location at the time of my visit was not busy at ALL!!!! I honestly would say that every customer coming here needs to check their food before leaving.

Ordered an ice cream sandwich but they didn't have any. The hot fudge sundae was pretty much soup. The traffic was too bad for us to turn around and go back. Made a big mess on my car seat. Won't be returning. Waste of time and money.

This location doesn’t have corn dogs nor burritos! Service is horrible and they don’t hear to well! I didn’t get my order completely! First time here and last time!

This is the second time we have tried to order blizzards here and have had worst service both times. The woman and man working the window on 9/5 @3pm are extremely rude and gave us attitude for even asking for a carrier for our multiple blizzard order. They gave us our blizzards completely melted all over the container and none of them had lids. And the dipped cone was missing half the ice cream it usually comes with. It was a complete mess. Honestly just embarrassing.

The lady was rude when ordering my food didn’t want to give me chocolate banana malt like she didn’t know what I was talking about like it doesn’t exist.. when I get this all the time I asked for 7 meal telling me they don’t have that. Giving me an attitude when I just came to order food I’m spending my money on, minding you I checked all Dairy Queens after they all said they do have 7 dollar mean even online it’s still Aug…even the guy at window said it I felt very uncomfortable ordering food just very negative would not recommend coming to this one. Burger was stall as well Go to a different Dairy Queen.

I've been here twice and each time was the same, great food with bad service. This place has no semblance of management, it's a bunch of young people that look miserable. There's no communication and they move super slow. I used the app both times to order ahead. One of those times it took me over 15 mins to get there and they hadn't even started on it yet. Both times they didn't give me the full order and I had to remind them I also ordered a drink.
The food is great once you finally get it but they need a manager who can whip them into shape.
