I've been here twice and each time was the same, great food with bad service. This place has no semblance of management, it's a bunch of young people that look miserable. There's no communication and they move super slow. I used the app both times to order ahead. One of those times it took me over 15 mins to get there and they hadn't even started on it yet. Both times they didn't give me the full order and I had to remind them I also ordered a drink.

Food was good. Came in with friends. Service however was a bit confusing, maybe we did not get the system. All our receipts had the same number, and when orders are handed out it's called out by menu # and what drink it was paired with. Hopefully it's just a system error at the register, because that led to a mix-up when 2 people in our group ordered the same item but the person delivering didn't know who gets the adjusted one.
