Marlon has great customer service. He deserves a raise. He was very sweet to my niece we came to celebrate her 5th bday and he was so nice. Also cristal has awesome customer service!!! Keep hiring employees like them 🫶🏼

Had my son 6th bday party here and the kids had a great time. The waitress Lucina was amazing and helped manage all the set up and tear down. The food was delicious even though it was a bit over priced. I ordered 2 of the chicken platters and the kids had the pepperoni and cheese flat bread. They enjoyed it and the fries of course. Outside of the party section a few of the guest complained that it was hard to get any help with machines that weren't working properly or food outside of the party area. Overall my experience was good and I'll be back in the future.

The manager Kendrik is the only reason we continue to go to D&B. He has helped us every time we go. Unfortunately with the season passes they have to be switched every time you go to a new location. This is a very buggy process that takes anywhere from 30 minutes to excess of an hour. Most of the time multiple cards have to be programmed for it to finally work properly. Its not the management or staffs fault but it absolutely takes away from the experience. It should be a seamless transaction and experience when buying and utilizing a season pass. They really need to adress whatever technical issues are preventing people from using one card at multiple locations . If it weren't for the above and beyond treatment by Kendrick we would definitely never have returned after the first time this happened. If you guys can iron out this problem then this place would be fantastic.

The place itself is great — fun games and a good environment to hang out.
However, my experience with one bartender completely unacceptable.

On the night of November 22nd, there was a young black woman with pink hair (or faded orange) bartending at the smaller bar on the right side (past the Skee-Ball area). She deliberately ignored me twice while I was trying to order a drink, choosing instead to walk past me and serve customers further down the bar.

I was standing alone and was the only person at my end, so there was no confusion about whether I needed service. When she finally came near me, she still didn’t acknowledge me. I had to speak up just to place my order.

I then waited 15 minutes, watching her repeatedly take new drink orders from customers who had just walked up, while my order sat ignored. When I politely asked about my drink again, she said, “Give me a minute,” and then proceeded to TAKE AND COMPLETE FOUR MORE DRINK ORDERS for other guests.

I got up and went to the other bar and was greeted with smiles, jokes, and a quickly made drink.

I’m not sure why a simple top-shelf margarita was treated like an inconvenience, but the lack of basic service and professionalism was extremely disappointing and needs to be addressed.

Been here a few times in the past. Food is always on point 👌🏾 I had the Smokehouse burger, and my wife had the Tower nachos. Crystal, who was our waitress was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to serve us.... the entire staff was great but she made our dining experience a lot more pleasant.....if you're ever at this D&B location for grub, stop in and ask for Crystal!!!

This place brings back memories of my college days. It’s not as crowded as it once was, but it’s still enjoyable every time we visit.

We did the eat & play. Food was good. I was expecting chicken fibgers to be bigger. Really liked the remodel. When I went they were having some water leaking from the roof and an area was closed down so couldn't play all the games. But overall really nice place. They have 50% off games on Wednesday.
