Food was alright. Our waitress was either just starting or coming back from a break, but after she initially came to talk to us, she was barely seen again. The food runner dropped the spoon when delivering my daughter's mac and cheese (which was the only silverware we were going to receive apparently) and said she'd bring a new one, but it took almost 20 minutes to flag anyone down resulting in an impatient 4 year old eating with her hands. Dave and busters use to have its own identity back in the day. Now it’s pretty much a busted Chili’s combined with a busted Chuck E. Cheese. All the staff acts suicidal, half the machines are broken, everything is over priced. The whole place is beyond filthy and it’s louder than any bar I ever been in

Y’all really need to fire the manger, DJ, that is in the area where they serve food. He was THE WORST! He was too worried about being on a date than being a manger. The food was gross and we kept having to order different food that took forever for him to comp. Then we were supposed to get the half off for being members and the system wasn’t working and my poor waitress couldn’t even get his help. He was too busy being on a date with some girl and talking to his male employees about video games. I have never encountered a manger who is soooooo not equipped to be a manger. He was horrible and this place really needs to retrain him or get someone new. Loved my waitress. I feel bad that she has to work for someone like this DJ

Our server Ariana was a gem. The kids had fun for our little night out. I am giving a 3 star for the food taking far too long. As well as our 2nd round of drinks taking too long. Mine never made it to the table cause it’s a school night and we had to get the kids home and in bed.
