Pre-dinner drinks and appetizers were very slow in coming. They were out of two meal items but waiter did not know that at time of order. Food good but way over priced. Restaurant dress code was supposed to be “business casual” but clearly was not enforced. Waiter had good personality.

We have dined at doth Frisco's for years, this experience left much to be desired. The Seabass we got was not good, it did not taste fresh Our service was very lackluster and took way too long for everything, I have to repeat Lee telling our server we had somewhere we had to be. Very disappointing experience

Our server was great. He knew the menu so well and was able to suggest items each of us would like based on our questions and comments. The food was cooked just as we ordered and delicious.

Started out with a sushi appetizer. Had surf and turf. Everything cooked to perfection. Had a wonderful red wine. Enjoyed the sides of creamed spinach and truffle baked potato. Followed up with the warm butter cake and cheesecake for dessert. Highly recommend .

good, not great. not as good as it used to be. only gripe was my ribeye was a little too rare and really really fatty. like, could have gotten a better cut at HEB. overall it was good though. sides were good. mac and cheese was a little cold, but good-ish.

Totally disappointed in my overall experience after spending $6000+ on a Christmas party recently for my Leadership team and spouses for 30 people. They were completely unprepared for our event from start to finish and I was embarrassed for choosing the location. Their sales team provided little communication and no follow up leading up to the event. First sign of trouble. Event night produced a service team grossly understaffed for our size group and service was painfully slow the entire night. Over 30 minutes for our first drink order!! Food was OK, but not up to usual high standards that i have experienced in the past. Atmosphere good, but service unacceptable for event that cost $6000+... Never again...

I had a disappointing experience at Del Fresco on Westheimer with my cousin on Christmas, December 25, 2024. We arrived around 2:45pm (in which it took almost 1 1/2 hrs for one meal but that’s not all. From the start, we felt neglected compared to other patrons.

A party of two white females and a solo Asian female were treated with much more attention than us. While they were automatically given silverware and bread, we had to ask for both. The female bartender even ignored us when she walked past, smiling and assisting the other customers, only acknowledging us when I asked her to clear our used dishes.

Adding to the discomfort, I noticed the female bartender drinking (what appeared to be alcohol) under the bar counter with the male bartender present. Finally, after my meal arrived, we waited for my cousin’s dish, but it never came. After I finished my meal alone, we decided to leave. In addition, instead of an apology, the female bartender frequently looked at us and smirked as if she was trying to avoid laughter which was embarrassing and hurtful.

The lack of service and blatant disregard for us was incredibly frustrating. I won’t be returning.

The name of the server on my receipt is Andrew.

I will rescue the atmosphere but the steak (100$ was not medium rare like we ordered ) drinks took 25 minutes to get a new one, service was mediocre and desserts mediocre. Is it definitely overpriced and overrated . (Also another table close to us were screaming they have found a live roach going all over the booth)

Completely disappointed in my overall experience $1,000+ bill celebrating Christmas with my family. The waiter didn’t speak during my entire dinner. He only spoke when he introduced himself and when he got the bill, very weird and uncomfortable! we had to fill our own champagne glass from the $200 bottle of champagne that was chilling because the waiter was incompetent… beautiful atmosphere not going back.

The food is always amazing here! We used to visit for birthday’s but started coming for restaurant weeks and earning points that pretty quickly turn into credits, ($25-$50 off after about 2 visits) so we started coming more often. I recommend getting the Laundry’s app and signing up for free loyalty program. They offer a $25 credit for your birthday. Tonight we had steak, crab cakes, cesar salad, bread, broccolini and mushrooms. Everything was cooked perfectly. We needed some assistance from the Manager and he was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back soon! Parking- they offer valet but we have always found free parking in the underground parking garage across from Neiman Marcus/near the Cheesecake Factory.

This is by far the best dinning experience I have had in quite some time. Our server, AJ took fantastic care of us. If there were more than 5 stars he would get them all.
