After reading positive reviews, I was eager to try this restaurant. I visited on 8/16 after work and ordered fajitas. When the food arrived, I began adding lime to my rice, only to be met with the shocking and utterly disgusting discovery of a baby roach in my food.
I immediately called the waiter over and asked if it was what I thought it was, and he confirmed that it was, in fact, a roach.
While he apologized and offered a new plate, the damage was already done. I was so repulsed and disturbed by this that I immediately decided to leave.
The lack of a more serious response or genuine attempt to make amends left me further appalled. At a bare minimum, I would have expected compensation or a more thoughtful resolution, even though I would have declined a free meal. I truly feel this experience deserves a much stronger reaction from management, and I was left feeling completely disrespected and disgusted.
I am sharing this so that others can be aware of what happened, as it was a deeply disturbing and unacceptable experience.

First time at a Guatamalan eatery! This Pollo con crema dish was billed on the menu as one of the 10 dishes in Guatamala. It was superb: subtle and savory with perfectly prepared flavorful chicken thighs, served with excellent in-house prepared corn tortillas. I felt like the kitchen was a bit slow, but what do I know about cooking time on an unfamiliar dish? 😁 The server was a good guy. Price was reasonable. Recommended!

This was my first time to this restaurant, and I was brought some chips and salsa before my order and so being that they were brought to me and these were my chips and salsa when I got done with my food I asked would you mind if I take my chips to go in a little container she said no they will not allow us to give the chips out for free because they sell them. I said, but these chips are on my table and I’ve been eating them and she still refused to Put my chips in a bag so needless to say this was very bad customer service and she proceeded to tell me that someone wanted a water to go one day and she gave it to them and that she got reprimanded for giving out free water so it just seems a little bit over the top so I gave them a one star for customer service. The food was really good though, many other restaurants in the area so I won’t be coming back to this one.
