Food was good but pricey and the front desk lady kept acting as if she was being forced to be there. She didn’t have a smile on her face, was constantly frowning and kept dragging her feet all the while. I’ll leave the ratings at 4 stars because it’s generally ok
I am not sure why this place isn't packed. My server was super attentive and patient. I have never eaten South African food. She answered all my questions. I even looked up the recipe for the Sobolo drink and plan on making it when I get home. The food was delicious. I can't wait to come back and try more of this unique exquisite food.
The food was delicious. I had the goat soup with a side a fufu. It was the right amount of spicy and the flavor was perfect. My fiance enjoyed his goat jollof as well. We had no complaints on our end. We will definitely be coming back if we're back in the Houston area.
