Good place to eat and they are trying to get people back from the community after others had done it bad. Management was very nice

My waiter was a sweet heart and I'll be forever greatful
Sometimes I don’t get why would u have ppl working if they are not well trained and yet expect for us to leave a tip which I did but the only reason I left was I understand what everyone is going through but u need to retrain ur staff I dine in yesterday in the morning with 6 guests the girl tooked long to get our order and to bring out the food out and to keep asking her for a straw and just would not bring it which for me as a customer feelt ignored and it does not feel professional had to always beeing looking for the girl cause would not stop by and check if everything was ok…. I would definitely will think about returning back and one thing I will never again leave a tip if I feel iam not getting good service I worked in a restaurant industry and we always strive to do our best for our guests…

This has been the best experience I’ve had at Denny’s. Highly recommend this location. Our server Edward was so courteous from greeting us with a smile and great energy to serving us and constantly check on us. The way he also interacted with our children made their experience fun. Another shout out to the general manager Diana. They say great employees come from great leadership and she has demonstrated that. She checked on us made sure we were comfortable that our little boy even gave her a hug. She made our experience also very special. Great team!

we always come here the service was good but when it came to paying it’s where we were dissatisfied we was trying to pay with an old 50$ bill and the store manager said this is really old like what ???? IT IS MONEY I have never had an issue with paying with old bills like these what if it was my only way of paying than what ???
I'm no food critic but I am a truck driver. I've been to Dennys across America and there's a general consensus that the experience is always meh. Well, I popped in to this particular Dennys today and could tell something was different. As soon as I opened the door I was greeted by 3 different people simultaneously with genuine smile and warm hellos. Even with the restaurant half full my server, Edward, immediately came to my table. He took my drink order and some how within 3 steps he was back in a flash. Now i order the same thing every time I go to a Dennys (many of us are guilty of that) however I asked Edward about the Thanksgiving dinner they offer, he gave me his honest opinion and encouraged me to try it. The dinner was fantastic!!! Great portion and the turkey was moist not dry. A+
I honestly couldn't have been more shocked at my experience at this Dennys. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the waitstaff was fantastic. Even the manager was wiping tables and super friendly. The best part though was Edward. This guy needs some recognition from corporate. Dennys would be a better place if every location was staffed with Edwards. Next time I'm in the area I won't hesitate to stop by again.

I ordered through uber eats, however i just don't understand this. The receipt says berry, where's the berrries? How do you prepare food and not double check an order? They must like poor reviews, this is unprofessional.

Today I had one of worst experience with Denny’s people, the person who severed us didn’t gave a check but took my card and charged it with 10$ tip without my consent. Also he was so rude and while I was with my wife and 2 year old daughter she was sitting next bout and saying my shift is over and you people have to leave now while we were still having food. Once of worst service and manager was not ready to take any action.

I walked in after a 14 hr shift to make a you go order. They helped me quickly. Light conversation was nice and they were very polite. In 15 minutes I was on my way home. The chicken fried chicken was very good also the red potatoes. The broccoli could have been cooked a little longer. And the milkshake was on point. I will definitely be going back
