Just wanted to acknowledge that thw server we had Jason was great!! He kept us filled with our drinks asked if we were ok GREAT service he gave us today. Someone needs to let management know that he is doing a great job. We have been to this Denny's often and haven't received service like this in a long time here. He is great i will definitely ask for him again. Thanks Jason for a great job!!!!

Can’t even rate the food because I didn’t even get a chance to try it I was sat given menus after that no one came to ask if I wanted anything to drink or my order two waiters already passed by my and my husband and no one asked if we wanted anything terrible customer service
(DOOR DASH ORDER) I walked in and was never greeted, I stood at the Host post for over 5 mins and still was never greeted. I watched as staff (server & cook) talked and laughed. Finally I was brought an order that was incorrect. The server then proceeded to tell me if that wasn't my order then there was no order. I than waited an ADDITIONAL 5+ mins for the correct order❣️ Customer service below satisfactory ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

7/27/25 Sunday AM time, we went to Denny's to have breakfast and waitress Norman was AWFUL!!! Nasty attitude, it seemed like she did not like what the job required which was be courteous and customer service. I had to get up to ask for coffee at the kitchen and she brought me a different meal of what I order. She Never came back to my table. The diner was not busy that much. And to top it off. There was a leak from ceiling to my table and it was dripping. Totally not exemptable.
