I went for my birthday offer. I was ignored after ordering. My smoothie had ice chunks in it. I dont know what else they wanted me to but with my meal. They shouldnt offer it free if it bothers them so much.

If I could do anything to remove this location from my app, I would. I don't think I've ever had a positive experience ordering from this location. They almost always miss order notes, I almost never get the extra I paid for. Most of the time I don't even complain because, honestly, they don't seem to care.

The T-Bone steak at Denny's is better than the T-Bone steak at Saltgrass Steakhouse. And it's $10 cheaper.
We were brought the wrong orders twice, had to wait 30 extra minutes for CHICKEN STRIPS?!? very unhelpful staff and lazy workers on their phones instead of doing their rounds... very disappointing, well not be back to this place.. also, disturbing bathroom experience...
