This place is a joke in the evening. Especially the male manager he is real lazy and doesn’t even watch his staff. The food comes out cold and it’s seem like you’re in a taqueria with Spanish music playing loudly. The staff is just playing around and not paying attention to the customers.Been coming for 20 years and been getting worse in the evenings.. Place is nasty and dirty..

We arrived at this place and there was almost no one there, and the waitress told us that we had to wait 30 minutes to sit down and have drinks, and 40 minutes went by and they never served us and we left. They should put more staff on the weekend nights, this shouldn't happen. Very poor customer service.

Terrible service! Was seated and then sat there for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment from any of the staff. The Manager just sat on the couch and stared at our table and did nothing. When we finally did get up to leave and tell the front desk that no one had helped us she couldn’t be bothered to even get up.

1 of 3 tables in the whole place. Got taken to our seat, then sat there from 1:26 to 1:42, no waitress, no drinks, nothing. Family comes in at 1:40, gets full service. I walked out. You had 3 people chilling by the register, no one could be bothered.

They were not very busy, but the wait for food was terrible with the waiter coming over on 4 separate occasions to apologize. Then the food came with the cheese not even melted in the eggs and the hash browns burnt on one side and almost raw on the other.
