Customer service HORRIBLE from the manager on down. We placed an online order and picked it up only to find out we were missing cheese cake, went back got that, then found out we were missing hash browns went back had to wait for those to be made (someone said they were down staffed and I totally understood) we waited patiently and didn't even get upset even though our food was literally getting cold, and would need to be re heated. Get home re heat the food only to find out we received the wrong pancakes. Called, and spoke with the nonchalant manager whom asked were we outside, like how many times do you think someone is going to come in and out for your mistakes. We were home, he first said that he didn't have the pancakes we ordered on his ticket, I checked the online receipt in which it was on there with the extra charge and all (cinnamon roll pancakes). Then he told me I would have to dispute online as if I went through a third party, and I ordered directly from them also on the receipt it clearly says call Denny's for ORDER ISSUES. He didn't give one care about continuously messing up our order or offer the least bit of sympathy my Husband just drove home from working over 12 hours from Austin and all he wanted was to get some good breakfast and get home not wrong order reheated breakfast. I will be calling corporate because their manager couldn't seem to help me so I'll be going to someone who hopefully can. I work in customer service as a manager and this is UNACCEPTABLE.

We"ve been coming this location for years and Lexi is my favorite waitress she is always on top of everything, smiles and she has really great attitude, my reason for 4 stars is about the smaller portions on breakfast they starting to give other than that Im happy with service.

My family and I went to eat there this past Sunday. Our waitress Kristina was great kind and Attentive to our needs. I had ordered the super bird but the chiefs forgot the cheese on it, so when she went to show the oriental manager, Alan I believe his name just started yelling at her in front of where they get the food. I think that is very unprofessional of him as a manager. He should have pulled her to the back, but the way he was speaking to her was not called for at all. This isn't the first time my family and I've been there and seen that same manager doing the same thing oh and he didnt even come to speak with us about it, he disappeared after that. I wanted to give him a piece of my mind! Well anyway Kristina was great food was great but management not too much. Kristina if you're reading this keep you're head up and don't let that get to you. We will see you again Sunday.

We waited at our table for 30 min watching Karri play with our server while the cook was all alone 4 tables waiting for food. And that’s all the tables in the whole place before she decided to help the short handed kitchen. Then when I told my server the fries were burnt she said that’s the way they are. And that she was the GM. But the server said they were burnt as well

Food was heated up because the plate was hot and the food warm. Service: first the server sat me down. I waited for a while til she came back to get my order. 2nd person brought my order and after eating I walked to register and paid. They had to take an item off I never got. No visit from wait staff after sat down and got food… maybe some more training needed??? Also it’s not a club. Someone was blaring music that was louder than the dennys system.

Since the reopening dairy are under new management which I have found to be extremely helpful and customer oriented. The new weight stuff seems to actually want to be there and is appreciative of the clients. I do miss the little fun zone where they used to have a grab machine and a couple of games Which now is just stacked up chairs and high chairs. Other than that the store has been rebuilt after a large fire and everything looks the same but different. Kind of like a liminal space. The walls are now blue and all of the paintings they had before are gone replaced with flatscreen TVs and every corner. It is definitely lost some of its appeal as a family dining experience. I remember going to Denise‘s kid and especially on my birthday it being a very big deal. We used to go Sunday after church and I look forward to it all week long that was back in the day when Church was two hours of excruciating lectures and sermons from the Bible. Not the electrifying entertaining and motivating type church services we have today was our treat. Reward for being good in church. Now you can’t get a meal there for under 20 bucks including the drink a family of four is going to pay 100 bucks to eat there on a Sunday morning. Less of a treat more of a luxury that most of us Americans just don’t have the ability to afford anymore. But everything evolves with the times and Denny is no exceptions. At least it’s a place where you could still see a welcoming smiling face and you know that the foods are gonna get is quality and cooked fresh right in front of you. So I guess there’s that. Kudos to whoever hired the new management staff and I hope that the wait staff you have currently stays on for a while because they were very friendly and delight to be around.

I rate this place a 1 star review because they gave us raw chicken and the hash brown was not cooked well and there was random stuff in the food. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO GO THIS DISGUSTING PLACE

Food was good as was service until it was time to pay the bill. Now I know why they have QR codes on the check. They also mop the tile floor and then put out the signs stating they did so. I found this out after I slipped and fell injuring my knee Saturday.
