When we first came in, the experience honestly wasn’t great. We were seated but weren’t attended to for quite a while — no one came by to greet us, take drink orders, or check on us. After sitting there for several minutes, we finally had to speak up because it seemed like no one was assigned to our table. At that point, we were already thinking we probably wouldn’t come back.
However, everything changed once Yesenia came over to take care of us. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She completely turned the experience around and made us feel welcomed. Her service was excellent, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. You could tell she noticed the rough start and really made an effort to make things right.
Because of Yesenia, we actually enjoyed our visit and would consider coming back. She did an amazing job, and her service deserves to be recognized.

Horrible service! Waiter was rude and took for ever to take our order. Once she took our order we waited 45 minutes for them to tell us that they were out! They could've told us from the beginning! If people don't want to work they shouldn't be working these jobs.
