The reason I’m giving this place a five star review when it’s just a fast food place is because Denny’s has never done me wrong. Just like waffle house I feel like there is a certain expectation that you have to have while entering and as long as you have that expectation, then the high standards will fall apart, and you will come in with realistic feelings.the staff here has always treated me kindly and like family and as long as you play with them and have a good time, then they will have a good time. Remember that they work long shifts and also there is people from many different walks of life that need jobs so please support them as much as you can. The manager Garson was being RUDE to my friend. He tried to make it seem as if she is the problem when HE served HER hard chicken. He needs to learn professionalism because that attitude is not a good look on him, like sir.. you have an attitude AND you work at Denny's?? Pick a struggle. It’s not her fault you not making no money. He had to the nerve to tell her get out his way.. sir what better things do you have to do ?? Go get you a coffee and try it again. Also HR will be called. Oh yea and the waitress Ms. Lesli thank you for being nice and respectful. Your boss needs to learn something from you ? clock that tea.

I was eat my food and saw a lady talking to a waitress ‘Leslie’ and everything was going good well I thought it was till they got the manager ‘Garson’ to talk to the customer. All of the sudden the customer was going off on Garson because he wasn’t doing his job right. After I witnessed the whole situation I lost my appetite to eat, because that is not how you treat a customer like that. That is a BIG no no. I think Garson has to go if not I won’t be eating there, and I remember faces.

I order a crispy chicken bacon sandwich. When I took the a bite I felt the chicken a bit hard. I gave it a second chance and it was indeed all hard. I even tried to cut it with a knife and even the knife couldn’t cut through. I complained directly with the manager on the floor and all he did was give attitude and didn’t even apologize for serving hard chicken. The waitress Leslie was nice. And was THE ONLY ONE TO APOLOGIZE TO ME. the manager still ended up charging me for the sandwich and only took of $1.50 off the order. Managers name is Gerson. And he gave me an attitude the whole time. As if I was the one who serve the uncooked chicken. At the end he gave me 10% discount in his words “I’m just gonna give you 10% discount just so you can get out my way.
