LOGAN CASTLE
No standards or ethics. When you get a take out order, they don't give you everything your ordered, OR, sometimes they will replace something without asking if it is okay. I have been robbed too many times by this location and will no longer do business with them.

This is the slowest dennys I’ve been to. I asked for wheat toast and without acknowledging me they ran out of wheat toast, they just put white toast on my plate. The server was sweet but very slow. I ended up telling the cashier what we ate so I can pay and go home. Only one employee kept asking how anything was. Never seen the manager walk the floor. Customer service not what I’m used to when I go to a dennys…

We are visiting Houston from Brownsville and had an amazing experience with our waitress Lasnonda. Made our meal a great experience at this restaurant. I truly recommend to family and friends to visit them. Everyone super friendly and happy❣️

On 10.08.2024 had Nunnie as a waitress she was very friendly and outgoing. As well as Tisha the other waitress outstanding service. I had to edit this review because I love the wait staff.
