This is the worst restaurant we have been to don't tell us how much we need to tip.
Was in the area and stopped her for a quick done in solo breakfast. Place was pretty empty. Was quickly seated and order taken. I ordered the French Toast combo. Food came out quickly and everything looks fantastic.
Everything tasted great until I saw the hair buried and wrapped in my eggs.
Alerted the waitress who took the plate away as I did not want it remade at that point (queezy). The waitress came back and said they would take half off of my bill.
I go to pay and had a 20% off deal for signing up in the app (which was my reasoning for dining here to begin with as I haven't had Dennys in over 15 years.
The staff member tried to tell me that there had to be funds in my digital wallet in order to use that promo 🤔 I explained that's not what the offer says. He argues with me for over 10 minutes about this only for another manager to step in and realized it's because they already comped a portion of the meal and the system wouldn't let them add the promo.
Listen!! All of that making up stuff instead of just asking somebody else. They ended up comping the entire meal, which, okay...
Not a fan of Denny's but definitely WILL NOT be back to this location.

I wanted to share feedback regarding the disappointing service I experienced at your restaurant today. Upon arriving to pick up my order, I noticed there was only one pick-up order ready. When I informed the employee at the front that I was there for pick-up, he rudely demanded that I show the order confirmation. I explained that my phone had just restarted, but I could provide my ID and the credit card used for the order as proof. Instead of assisting me, he brusquely insisted that he couldn’t do anything without the order details and asked me to step aside for the next customer.
After some time, I managed to retrieve the confirmation email and showed it to him. He finally gave me the order but did so in an unprofessional and hostile manner. Before leaving, I politely reminded him to be more courteous to customers, to which he gave no response.
To make matters worse, when I arrived home, I discovered that the order was incomplete—specifically, the additional French toast we had ordered was missing. This experience was both frustrating and unacceptable, especially coming from someone who represents the front line of customer service.
I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve both service quality and staff training.

Very refrigerated food that after consuming it hurt me, I really don't recommend it!!!
Leave the waffles to waffle house, I ordered waffles last night and with every bite there was a clump of sugar. Who puts sugar on something you’re already putting syrup on. I couldn’t enjoy the waffles that I wanted so bad I paid 14.99 just to eat eggs, bacon and sausage please get it together.

The best part of this place is the service we get from waitress Lee! She deserves a gold star for how well she takes care of her customers, it's too bad I can't say the same about the manager.

We had a meeting there with a small admin group from my association, we had 9 people, the waitress was very attentive, friendly & prompt. Our food order was correct, and it was very good. We didn't have any trouble with anything, I would highly recommend this establishment.

Was late evening when we came in. Ordered the chicken strip with fries and onion rings. Everything was great except the straps were a little over done. Not as juicy. Attendant was prompt and attentive to us. Food delivered in a timely manner.
