That one guy complaining about his steak being well done and not rare obviously doesn't know steaks. Like how much rare did he want it? I completely understand why they sent another one out that seem more raw than cooked. They did their best to accommodate his desires but he obviously is delusional. I apologize to this fine establishment for the low review.

My partner and I have visited this Denny’s twice. Our first visit was wonderful, our waitress (I think her name was Josslyn) was very kind and attentive, and the food was great. Our second visit was a bit uncomfortable. The new waitress made a few comments that felt unnecessary, like asking my age when I ordered black coffee and saying my pancakes were “too sweet.” When I changed my mind and wanted to order something else, the manager came over to help. I appreciated that he was polite and willing to assist, but the waitress became defensive, which made things awkward. It also took a long time to get my salad, and she made comments about my order and later about me paying for our meal instead of my partner, which felt out of place and uncomfortable. I still think this location has great potential because our first visit was excellent, and the manager seemed helpful. I hope our next experience is more like that first one!

Went to Denny’s today with my husband and ordered my usual rare sirloin steak. It came out almost well-done—same issue I had last time at a different location. I explained the problem, but the manager cut me off and misunderstood, thinking I wanted it more cooked. When I clarified it was overcooked, he got frustrated and walked away.
They brought a second steak, which turned out to be nearly raw and cold inside—clearly undercooked. When we pointed this out to the waiter, he refused to even touch it and disappeared. Eventually, the manager returned, and we agreed to only pay half the price so we could leave for my doctor’s appointment.
This location has two big problems: the cooks don’t know how to properly prepare food, and there's a serious communication barrier that makes resolving issues difficult.
Attached are photos showing that the second steak was overly pink on the inside and even had pink on the outside.

The food was excellent — full of flavor and perfectly cooked! The atmosphere was absolutely quiet and peaceful, just what I needed to relax and enjoy my meal. Our waitress, Vanessa, was amazing — kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Definitely coming back soon!
