When we were making the call the robot kept on getting our order incorrectly, it was obnoxious and annoying especially when we asked to speak to a person and it had said something along the lines of “I can handle your order”, after making continuous mistakes it decided to finally put on on the line with a customer service representative, although her service was okay she sounded very tired and the language barrier didn’t make it any easier, our ordering process took way longer than it should have. We then went inside to pick up our order after 15-18 minutes and they had forgot our whip cream and gave us EXPIRED SYRUP from NOVEMBER 14. We then called the facility to tell them in concern of other customers and we were met with a blank response of “oh… okay” seeming so unsure and not caring of the situation. Another worker came out to smoke in front of the building entrance.

Stay at the room next door employee was alway nice to me and my daughter the cook have me coming back for more outstanding customer service at night and morning. I wil be back soon thanks to everyone there especially the waiter that gives out the little pins she always made me and my daughter happy

I haven't been to Denny's in years.......I am happy to share that the location on I-10 East did a great job for breakfast at a fair price. I got eggs, avocado and broccoli and my waiter Jacob did an exceptional job! This place has awesome Houston memorabilia. If you are on the East side, stop by and check them out.

i love this place! first time i’ve been and it was amazing. online order messed up and the ladies there brandy and jessica were so kind and helpful. especially with my dairy allergies they were super accommodating! place was super cute too decorated for fall. will definitely be back thank yall again!!!
