The first time I went the waiter was really nice and friendly I didn’t get her name she had like red color hair. The food was okay but the hash brown was gross it was hard and tasted stale and old. Went there a second time 2 days ago the hash brown was gross again and the food and the hot sauce from the table was sour, maybe y’all need to change the hot sauces from the tables. Idk the food wasn’t the best but not the worst. Later that night I had a terrible stomach bug that I’m convinced I got from Dennys food. Also the waiter that served us gave us our food and never came to check on us after that. I think that’s enough for me to not go back.

I need the manager of this place to have some pride and address some issues at this place. When my family and I walked in, the guy who sat us had huge hickies all over his neck. That should’ve been the first red flag to leave. I get it, the guy was still young so the hickies probably were like a girl scout badge of honor to him and it probably also boosted his ego, but when working at a restaurant, it’s disgusting. Our waiter was okay. He was overwhelmed but tried his best. We waited about 15-20 mins for him to take our order. He was apologetic. When he brought out the food it was trash (not his fault). The fries were obviously old and the cook refried them to mask the lack of freshness and the food was cold. Like the cheese was not even melted. The hash browns were stale and I was disappointed in the overall quality of our meals. We didn’t even eat the food and we walked out. The manager said they can remake the food, but we had already been waiting 40 mins. If that restaurant doesn’t care about their employees’ hygiene/basic image or the quality of their food then throwing away the garbage they tried to serve us shouldn’t hurt their business, right?

Food was so gross, got the chicken fried steak and it literally tasted like the frozen dinners steak. Service was also bad, I had to keep asking my waiter for stuff repeatedly because he would say he was getting and then wouldn't come back. In the end I had to go to the register to ask for napkins and the check cause he wasn't anywhere around. Definitely don't recommend going

Grossest story your about to hear all week...So today we decided to have a peaceful brunch at home & ordered some of our favorites from Dennys. The app doesn't give you the option to add utensils or sauces or memo for this particular restaurant so I made sure to call and speak with someone about making sure we had plastic forks and napkins. First they transferred me to the wrong location but the lady assured me that Dennys always puts all the condiments and plastic utensils without asking so I got happy but still phoned the right location just to be sure. The lady who answered also very polite said she would let them know about the sauces, napkins and plastic wear. The stuff gets delivered and wasn't even taped at the top with a sticker. The woman that brought my order went the long way around to bring it but even worse it had so many things wrong with it. The order was $83+ so I'm expecting it to be worth it. My driver says the restaurant told her they substituted 2 items but really what she meant was they didn't have 2 items the ranch dressing and the blue cheese for the Buffalo hot wings. Awww man that was the first mistake they didn't send any sauce for the wings! They didn't substitute and they had other sauces. Marinara sauce for them dry over cooked greasy mozzarella sticks ...never order those to go they were so hard and greasy and cold. Then there was no plastic forks we almost had to go cave man in here to eat . I had rolled up my pancake like a taco just so I could get to business. Ain't no reason I should be dipping my pancake burrito in my syrup come on now. THEN someone owe me a hash brown skip to the part they were so hard and over cooked. Take a look at the bacon they gave me the cook at the other half of my bacon. So my husband is eating and he said come over here and look and it was 2 HAIRS in his box under his burger and he had been eating the burger so he starts to gag up the burger he was chewing and then I start to gag up the pancake we both didn't order drinks so we about fall out...then he just throws the burger in the box and said we won't ever order from this location again in our life. And whoever shaved their arm pits over the to go boxes ya mammy is a heaux. This was the worst brunch not only in the history of my brunches but all brunches. Now I just feel the need to scrub my tongue and possibly vomit I'm not sure. So this location is living up to all of the ONE STAR reviews. I definitely won't suggest anyone coming here or ordering uber eats from here. Don't say you haven't been warned so unless you want someone's pubes in your burger I'd keep on driving, scrolling or going but definitely not here.

Arrived to find an empty parking lot and a dining room just as empty. I think there was only two other tables occupied out of the entire moldy-smelling restaurant. I ordered my usual Denny's order; the chicken fried steak with scrambled eggs and hashbrowns, one extra over-easy egg on the side, and an extra chicken fried steak. The waitress offered cheese on the eggs, "Sure!"Despite the restaurant looking like a ghost town, the order took more than 30min to come out. When the waitress came to offer a coffee top-off, I seized the moment and asked about the order, "I'll go and check on that for you". 15 seconds later, she returned with one small plate of toast and says, "your order is ready." And then returns to the kitchen and back again with rest of the order. The eggs were just as asked but missing the cheese that offered and accepted. The extra chicken fried steak was also on a separate plate....dry. Dry as in without any gravy. I actually had to request more gravy for the extra chicken fried steak. The food was not piping hot which led me to believe that the food was ready way before the waitress was asked about it. I think I now know why the parking lot was empty...Never been to this Denny's before. Sadly, the first and last visit to this location....Until next time.....at a different location.

We ordered 3 meals and almost 40 mins only 2 came out. 45 minutes later the third meal came out, no refills, no napkins. We spoke to the manager and she said that the server had a death in the family and to be understanding. Then why you wouldn’t let her go home, or why you wouldn’t be out helping said server? I had never seen the manager until we asked for her. The managers name is Jessica.Was very disappointed and will not be coming back, we have an office down the street and this was very disappointing.
