I went to dickeys craving some bbq pork ribs, I get there, and the lady had trouble hearing me with the music she had. Then she tells me there is no ribs. The main reason I had went, I had no choice but to get brisket. I get home and omg, the brisket was BLAND!! No flavor at all. NOTHING! The bbq they gave me helped a little. The portion was ok. The mac-cheese was ok too. The potato salad eh it'll pass. Yeah, my first time going there and its going to be my last.

Dry as the desert! Every meat of my 3 meat plate was dry and terrible! I ordered in the app and arrived 7 minutes after the pickup time, she hand even started the order. It's not like she had a line as I was the only one. I order a side salad, it states states it contains romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, shredded carrots, and red cabbage. Look at the picture and see if you see anything other than cheese and lettuce. Maybe a dollar's worth total! The brisket was drier than a Yankee's roast beef! No juice. Very little smoke taste. I wouldn't even call it barbecue?

This particular one was insdie a convince store. The guy working needs to work on manners. I'm not gone sugar coat it the guy working was Prejudice. Some of the ladies working the food stations where also and spoke only Spanish. You had one individual that was trying to do her actual job the correct way with the nonsense. The food was bland but the portions where nice size overall it's not worth the hassle.

it's not bad but not exactly great either for the price you're paying, smoke flavor was completely lacking and very little seasoning on the brisket. if you don't mind driving down to sheldon, tony's bbq makes way better bbq for about the same price.

Didn't receive half of my order. I ordered a two meat meal that I didn't receive I ordered two chicken sandwichs and on both sandwhiches the meat was pink. I also ordered a brownie and it was hard as a rock. The only thing that I received correctly were my drinks.

I ordered a 3 meat plate, consisting of brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. Got 5 small ribs, and 3 were so burnt they weren't edible. I was very upset because my out of town guest really wanted ribs. Please provide better quality food.
I placed an order for Thanksgiving and was excited to receive it, but unfortunately, it never arrived. This left me scrambling to make last-minute arrangements, which was both stressful and frustrating. I was really looking forward to enjoying the food I paid for and ordered, and this experience was unacceptable, ridiculous, and disappointing. Hope Customers and the Owner (CEO) sees this! Not trust worthy!

I came and order a three meat plate from there all the food were Raw the ribs and the brisket was not smoked they were cooked in the oven. Even the chicken had blood still in it. Everyone knows you can't eat raw chicken!!! I've eat from other locations and the food was really good. This place here, smh I wouldn't even send my worst enemy!! As it would be inhumane!!! If you ever stop here check your food before you leave. Good thing I did. I got a full refund. I refuse to eat here, and I wont tell anyone else to come here. Be careful folks and watch what you eat!!!
