Stopped here to get lunch for a work crew. I had a pretty large order and they turned it around very quickly. This is a no frills spot, but the food is hot, fresh, and tasty. Crispy catfish with fries. Cheeseburger was seasoned well. Fresh lettuce and tomato to dress the burger. Canned soft drinks are ice cold. The fried rice is more popular than free lottery tickets 😁. Most people place order to go, but there's a few tables inside if you want to eat onsite.
Captain Al’s has kept me coming back for years and years. The owners are extremely friendly, prices are fair, and portions are large. I love the burger, as well as the fried rice and shrimp rolls. The service is quick as well. I crave Captain Al’s every day of my life. I can’t recommend it enough!
Drove around 30 minutes to get here since the photos and food looked so good! The lady taking my order was very sweet and told me she was the owner; she came to make sure if my order was good and was super kind. The sesame chicken was so saucy, delicious and I can’t wait to get the other kinds of chicken. The burger itself was handsdown the best burger I’ve ever had in my life. It was saucy, juicy and moist without being too much. The shrimp rolls on the side were so delicious....
