DINE Catering and Events

The salads at the wedding came without dressing, and they were not placed correctly as a friend who has a pork restriction had a salad with bacon in her assigned seat. Poor professionalism all around.

DINE was amazing! The food was great, especially the appetizers. They have so many options for food and it is all so good, it was hard to make choices. The chef/owner is so kind. There were 80 guests, and we had a plated dinner, and everyone was served so quickly. The owner worked with us on payments, putting our mind at ease. They are definitely worth the price, and could honestly charge more LOL. Thank you DINE!

My husband and I used DINE catering for our wedding this November! They have endless food options it was so hard to choose! The food was amazing from our tasting to the wedding day, we have had many people compliment on it after the fact.

I only give them a 4 star because I do wish their communication was better! They are very kind and professional but as a type A, there were a few times I was stressed due to lack of responses or a set timeline for deadlines! Other than that I do still highly recommend, their final outcome was worth it!

Dine catering and events did such a wonderful job catering our small private party. Mark was so kind and responsive. We had to change the location last minute and Mark made the whole process easy and worry free. We also had several guests with various dietary restrictions and Mark helped us create a menu the accommodated everyone. All our guests were raving about the food and service!

This has to be one of the worse catering company! We attended a wedding tonight and had terrible foods served. The salad did not come with any dressings so just dry lettuce/tomatoes/quail eggs. None of the other tables had dressings either. Asked several workers about no dressings and was told salad comes dry but menu showed vinaigrette dressings. Found out much later that the chef forgot to bring the dressings. Instead of acknowledging problem they tried to pretend salad supposed to be served dry. They should have sent someone down the street to buy bottles of dressings at a grocery store to correct the problem. Then it took forever for entrees to be served and they all (beef and chicken) came out cold.
There were NO water/glasses/cups on any tables or salt/pepper. Everyone had to walk 30 yards outside in the rain to the bar to get bottle waters. There were very few servers around. Everyone we spoke to at the wedding had same bad experience. Overall a poor example of catering that we have ever seen at any events especially a wedding!

We used DINE Catering for our wedding and we were thrilled!! Our guests LOVED the meal, and they were able to accommodate many dietary restrictions and a late night fourth meal (tacos!) ? we absolutely loved working with this team.

We hired Mark and DINE for our wedding in February 2024 and everyone loved the food! Have been hearing about it from everyone there for days after. They were wonderful to work with and really cared about our experience as clients. Thank you all so much!The pork belly was one of our personal favorites.

We hired DINE for my niece’s Quinceañera and everyone raved about how DELICIOUS the food was ( 10/10 for sure )! Mark and Louise went above and beyond for us from start to finish. I can not recommend them & their staff enough, thank you for making our nieces special day extra yummy!

Dine catered our wedding 11/12/23. Their presentation is amazing, flavors are awesome and level of care and customer service is perfect. The owners are an amazing married couple that love each other, food and service. I can see the enjoyment they get by providing enjoyment to others. Don't go anywhere else!!!!!!

Mark, Louise, and the whole DINE staff were amazing to work with for our wedding. From the tasting all the way until our reception meal was done, we were so impressed with the service and the quality of the food. The number of options for meals was wonderful, and we got so many compliments on our reception food. Communication was easy, with fast responses to my questions and inquiries. The price was very reasonable for such a high quality meal. I highly recommend DINE for event catering and hope to use them again myself in the future!

Where do I start ? First of all Mark and Louise were wonderful from the start . I was planning my husbands 40th birthday party and their communication was excellent beginning to end . This was important to me because I live in Los Angeles and I had to travel to Houston to make the party happen. The day of the event they arrived on time and when the food started to come out it was great as advertised. For the appetizers we had veggie empanadas, grilled cheese shots and ceviche. They were all delicious and each of our guest came back for 3rds and 4ths . For the main course we had the Cajun chicken with rice pilaf and veggies and we also had a veggie plate that was a stuffed pepper with quinoa and a curry like sauce sooooooo amazing all of it !!!!! I would not only recommend them to anyone I know but I would book them again in a heart beat . Thanks Mark and Louise once again the cooking was phenomenal and they were amazing all around definitely 5 stars!!!!

So glad to have them as a part of our wedding day. They were on time, Set up was stunning, Amazing communication & service all around, And all of our guest LOVED the food.10/10 recommend!

On our first meeting with Mark and Lou we knew we wanted to use them. They are very knowledgeable of the food/catering industry. Our daughters wedding food was spectacular! Unlike most wedding food it was prepared and served to perfection. All night long out guest were complimenting the food. Lou provided the service only most people dream of. Her attention to detail was spot on. She was the first to arrive at the venue and the last to leave. She checked on me (mother of the bride) the entire night! I can’t thank them enough for the service they provided!!!

I wish I could do ten stars. The entire Dine team far exceeded my expectations for a 300 person Awards dinner at the Lone Star Flight Museum. Our team threw a lot of last minute curve balls which they tackled with such grace and professionalism. Their servers and staff were all polished and professional. And the most important thing is always the food! I know feeding 300 people is not easy but their team efficiently and quickly served a beautiful plated dinner without sacrificing on the quality of the food. Bravo to Louise, Chef Mark and their entire team.

DINE provided catering for our Corporate Open House and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Mark, Louise and their entire staff are a delight to work with and I would highly recommend them to others. Will be using them again and again!
