Tonight, I walked into Dish Society for the very first time—tired, mentally drained, and just looking for a quiet meal after a long day at work. I arrived about an hour before closing, not expecting much more than dinner… but what I received was so much more than service—it was genuine kindness.
A woman named Katie greeted me, and from that moment, the entire tone of my evening changed. She didn’t just take my order—she saw me. She noticed how exhausted I was, yet she welcomed me with the kind of warmth and enthusiasm that made me feel like I had just come home. Her energy was calm, authentic, and deeply human.
She walked me through the menu with excitement and care, making sure I got something I’d truly enjoy. She spoke about the food as if she was proud to share it, and she treated me as though my visit actually mattered. That level of sincerity is rare.
I want to take a moment to thank Katie from the bottom of my heart. She didn’t know the kind of day I had, but her kindness and professionalism spoke volumes about her character and heart. People like her remind us that hospitality is more than service—it’s connection.
To Dish Society’s management: please know that Katie is an incredible reflection of your team’s values. She went above and beyond tonight, and her light absolutely deserves to be recognized.

Great restaurant. My wife and I had the Ancho Chicken Bowl with avocado. Also had the coconut cream pie. After talking to the GM who visited our table, he let us know everything here is from farm to table. Atmosphere was great as well, along the music. Definitely will be back.

Listen, Katie has phenomenal customer service!! The food is amazing!! And might I say what a beautiful person! She is attentive, she checked on me, her and Jose!! I love this place they just gained a new regular!! I'm vegan so I got the impossible burger!! And it's soooo good!! I love this place and the customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! I would give this pls d 10 stars but I'm only allowed 5!! Thank you for hiring such great staff!! I may write a letter😍😍😍😍to corporate 😍✅
