I placed an order of 2 family packs and empanadas online and completely messed up my order when I got there to pick order they said they were closed and they just gave me what ever they had on their hands apparently ! I’m very disappointed on there

The food is good. The service deserves a minus. The last time we were there, the lady at the register asked us at the end of the order if we wanted mixed....? which we have never been asked that before, I heard her but my husband didn't. I was not sure what she meant by it. Anyway, we placed the order, media pechuga con arroz y frijoles to go. We always request the food to go, we go next door, which is the seating section of the place and we pulled the food out and at that time we understood what mixed meant... they gave us the beans and rice in the same container, which we have never had it that way before, so my husband goes to ask what happened, and the lady was a sour toot, no manners to attend to a customer, she said, I asked if mixed and you said yes, and which was correct but no explanation so we could understand at the point of making the order what she was saying, so they continue to argue that's how we ordered instead of just saying we understand the misunderstanding and here are your beans and rice, in a separate containers, instead they were ok to return the money, by law they had to throw away the food which was 3 orders and also lost a customer that stops by almost every other day. Incredible, the lack of customer service, but they hire people that are lazy and dont understand the impact that they made when they are attending to a customer, this is not a 5 star by any means but that does not matter when customer service is not provided to a paying customer. The place is very humble and needs a lift in looks but mustly in customer service. We will not drive the hour plus again.

Great food! The chicken is packed with flavor, tender, and juicy. The Red beans and rice are what brought us back for the 2nd time! So good! The service is good, friendly staff. Make sure you pay the extra for the special green sauce! Chef's kiss! This will be my place when I want rotisserie chicken. I live 30 minutes away and its worth the drive.
