We celebrated my daughter's birthday here. We loved the food. The staff and our waiter were very accommodating, attentive and professional. Definitely recommending Doku for having your family and friends have an intimate lunch or dinner.

Ordered mostly rolls. They essentially all tasted the same. Bland. The foods needs a lot more pizazz. Also the resturant is somewhat hard to find but I know they're working on signage.

I believe I got the special lunch b option 1 roll and 5 nigiri pieces I also ordered eel and otoro. Not super bad pricing id say its definitely way more affordable than a lot of other spots

Doko'a sushi (Nigiri) is pitch perfect! The fish is wonderfully fresh, delicately sliced, magnificently flavored and curated with the perfect ball of wondrous room temperature rice. Do no miss the protocol, churro, kanpachi, and wagyu selections! The yakitori offerings are equally competitive: we had the mushroom pork belly skewers, karage, chicken fat rice, eggplant! Desserts are equally tantalizing. Miguel our server is THE BEST! Professional, informative, attentive, unobtrusive!
My new favorite sushi spot food is top tier and service Thein is the best server ever. I've been coming here three days in a row it's that good!

Doko is a very charming restaurant. The place is beautiful, with a lovely décor and great atmosphere. The service is always excellent, and I always feel very well taken care of.
The food, however, can be inconsistent. I’ve had days when everything was really good and other times when it was not as great. I think the kitchen could improve a bit. Sometimes the food takes a long time to come out, even when the restaurant is not busy.
Overall, it’s a beautiful place with great service and potential, but the consistency in the kitchen could be better.
