“Don't know if the names on the Dominos tracker are legit, but I swear that anytime "Freddy" is making our pizzas they turn out great. It's become a game for the kids and me to wait for the tracker to pop up and see who's making our pizza. Whenever it's Freddy, we cheer. If it's anyone else, we boo. Both my parm garlic wings and parm cheese stuffed crust pizza are the best I’ve had from Dominos in a long time. “I just had an amazing customer service experience with this Domino’s. I was having an issue with my payment using the online feature the young man that answered my call (I wish I could’ve gotten his name) was very patient stayed on the phone with me even went to try to find some other person to assist me with my situation and did all of this without making me feel like I was interrupting anything and I could tell from the sounds in the background that they were extremely extremely busy. Being in a customer service customer facing role for many many years I understand the nuances and body language even in just the voice over the phone how important they are for Guest perception and sometimes we forget to not let customers see or hear frustration in our voices or demeanor even on a subconscious level. I’m guilty of that all the time this young man was such a patient and professional person, even though he could not fix the issue with my order because at the end of the day, it was not his fault. It was actually mine that I discovered later anyway, this young man was amazing and I thanked him for being very patient and understanding. I’m really frustrated because I couldnt remember to get his name. And I wanted to really let somebody know how wonderful he was because we don’t often hear that from people we always hear the negative.“

“Due to an unfortunate family event, we were in need of a convenient meal. Online ordering platform and payment was seamless. Upon ordering our pizza we were sent a link to track our order. Pizza was delivered quickly, efficiently and accurate. In what seemed like a blink of an eye, we were alerted that our order was in route for delivery. We chose contactless delivery and entered detailed delivery instructions which were followed correctly. Pizza and parmesan bread bites were warm and delicious. Thank you to our local domino’s. “Fastest and freshest Dominos I’ve had! The young lady inside was managing the store well. I placed my order when I was about 15 mins away through the app. I never received a notification of my order going in the oven, or being finished faster than I did at this location.“

“I don't know who they got new or something but that right there was straight ⛽? idk what the other reviews had but EVERYTHING was hot and fresh for my order. From online order to delivering took 25 minutes and fast delivery.
Driver even complimented my hair so that was a plus
My chicken wings was crispy and well sauced
Alfredo had decent portions and bread bites were as fresh as you could get. Pizza smacked wasn't too burnt and fluffy too.
