Pizza came out all dry and hard. Bad service they are no help in the front taking orders. The guy with glasses skinny (you know who you are) is useless. Girl in the front at least tried to help. Never again. Baytown Dominos is the best location to go to.

we ordered from here today at like 4:40 pm we ordered the 19.99 combo and we got two wrong pizzas we called the store and the guy who answered was so completely rude! and our driver also lied to the guy who answered and said we opened the pizzas and said they were right. why would i lie and then call? please that’s a waste of time.

My "bbq" wings. They're too lazy to make them so they use the plain ones and dump a little sauce from the dipping cups on them. This is the only location I've had make our honey bbq wings this way.

The customer service here is horrible the guy working here is rude and stand offish I came in to pick up an order because I was notified my order was ready he says he hasn't even gotten to it so I said oh it told me my order was ready and he responded I'm not going to argue with you with an attitude. I was just letting him know is all. Good customer service training goes a long way won't be coming back here anymore

Had a big order for a school end of year party and the customer service rep was so kind and helpful. He took the pizzas right to my car, wish I had gotten a name to give him a shout out. They were obviously busy from all the last day of school parties but it didn’t affect their great service.

I was just waiting to get my pizza and the only guy working the counter was making pizzas and he sneezed on the pizza he was making but he never stopped making it after he put it in the oven he came to the counter and handed me my pizza and walked off. Not a thank you , have a nice day , nothing . This generation of kids coming up now are worthless needless to say I just waisted $18 cuz there’s no way I’m gonna eat that pizza
