This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called to request a pick-up, and the lady who answered was extremely rude and had zero professionalism or basic manners when speaking to customers. Very disappointing and I do not recommend this place at all

This is the worst place to order pizza. They added meat in a veg pizza. Be careful to check if you are particular in eating veg.

Also it seems they take NO responsibility for the mistake. Rather the lady was arrogant because I reported the issue after 2 days. I haven’t opened until after 2 days. They cannot refund amount. They were not apologetic for what has happened. It’s just ridiculous to do a business with people of no values. They offered me to replace which I didn’t want. I’ve donated the remade one to a roadside hungry person.

Not sure what’s going with all the bad reviews. Ordered a pizza in the app and picked it up within 20 minutes. Front area was clean and the employees were nice and courteous.

I’m a hardcore Domino’s fan. Used to get it at least twice a month but moving to this area ruined that for me. They never have salads and the only alternative they offer as substitution is a bottle of soda. I’ve gotten the same delivery lady about 4 times and every time she plays dumb like she’s so lost so you have to come down and she can avoid having to go up the stairs. The manager was really nice she tried to give me a refund to make things right but even then it never went through. I gave up and deleted the app.

Every time I get a craving for dominos I get hopeful that maybe this dominos will change, I ordered a cheesy bread today and they sent me something that looks like Pizza Hut or little ceasars would serve

this is the second time I order from this Dominos and let me warn you how horrible the service is. It took over an hour to deliver my two Large Pizzas when I live 5 minutes away. They obviously came cold. I was told my Pizzas were coming out fresh out of the oven, which was a complete LIE. This location obviously needs to be investigated because someone is not doing their JOB. Quality and Service is below par. Avoid this location.

Stopped in, ordered a small, got served a medium, but okay. While I sat there watching them make it, one of the cooks was waving at the flies in the kitchen and swatted one with a pizza pan. Most disturbing.

After I ordered the pizza, I read the reviews, but it was already too late because I had already placed my order. I literally prayed that none of the issues described in the reviews would happen to me, but unfortunately, they did.

I ordered the pizza at 10:15 PM, and by 12:00 AM, it never arrived. I kept calling the store, but no one answered the phone. I didn’t understand— I live only 24 minutes away on foot, so I couldn’t figure out why it was taking so long or why no one was answering the phone, at least to cancel my order or give me my money back.

The pizza cost $17, the delivery fee was $6, plus the $6 I left as a tip, all for terrible service. This kind of situation happens repeatedly, as many customers complain about similar experiences. I don’t understand how these companies hire employees who harm their own business, because it’s clear that the store manager or the person in charge of customer service and quality doesn’t care at all about the negative experience they are leaving for customers.

There will always be an unsatisfied customer, but with all these reviews—and now my own experience—I can confirm that they are 100% true, and I do not recommend this place.

First, customer service is terrible. Second, no one answers the phone, so you will be scammed, and nothing will happen. In this case, I will contact my bank tomorrow to file a dispute because this is theft and fraud by this Domino’s store. I spent an hour trying to get in touch with the store to get a refund, but no one answered.

Honestly, if you are reading this, avoid ordering pizza from here if you don’t want to be robbed and scammed. This is my most sincere experience.

Ordered a pizza at 6pm. Given an estimated deliver of 45mins. Tracker showed in the area for an hour. Called the store to be out on hold countless times. Finally arrived 2hrs later. Worst Dominos on the planet!
