I order pizza here at least twice a week. No cap. I always get the spinach feta pizza with bacon and my pizza is always perfectly cooked and delicious and freshly hot and the one time it was made wrong they did not hesitate to fix it and deliver the correct one back within minutes as I'm right down the road, And I just want to thank you guys for all your hard work and your effort. It shows in your pizzas and you guys have a loyal customer here for life! Thank you neighborhood Dominoes! You guys are always so friendly!

Tried to order delivery and chose to pay cash. Apparently any order over $10 has to be paid through debit/credit. So is cash not good enough anymore? I had about a $30 order. Really annoying. Pizza was subpar last time I ordered so I wanted to give them another chance. I guess that answers that.

Poor customer service. Ordered online and pizza was not done correctly, I ordered a supreme pizza and it only had jalapeños. In addition, it took them about 32-34 minutes to prepare it.

I live literally a mile away from this Domino's and they won't deliver to me because I'm "not in their range" and said I should try one farther away. If ONE MILE is too far away how would trying a different store be within range??? Terrible service. Do better.

I always order online then pick up. Yummy pizza for me for 3-4 meals and yes, cold pizza for breakfast is a meal. ?
I would give negative stars if possible. Tried to use my emergency pizza and was told the code doesn't work. So i called the store. The district manager was in the store and refused to speak with me. The store was on el dorado in Houston tx. His name was Travis. That's garbage. I'm a restaurant manager myself and we always speak to the customers, that's our job, but called 3 times asked to speak to him and was told no he wouldn't speak with me " that's not his job" I will never order from here again. I will also continue to complain since there 800 number doesn't let you talk to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go to pizza hut. Absolutely the worst customer service I've had

Horrible, horrible and if possible, more horrible!Pizza should have soft dough, enough sauce to actually taste the difference between the choices of pizza you ordered, not be dry and not have burnt toppings!! Their cheese pizza looks like it has plastic cheese and doesn't taste like cheese at all. What a waste of money $$Never again!
