Accidentally ordered a cheese pizza carry out (supposed to be pepperoni) on the app and when I got there Maria proactively told me what my order was. She took care of me and cooked up some pepperoni and added it to my pizza. Not often do I come across a pizza place where the staff care so I’m more than happy. I will be back next week.

Ordered the stuffed crust and it came burnt, cheese missing from majority of the pizza or just cooked entirely too long, you can definitely tell they rush through orders and don’t care how the food comes out. Did curbside and my order was ready for about 5 minutes before I decided to walk in and then took another 5 minutes to get someone to acknowledge me and get my order from their shelf

I just made an order they called me to go pick it up or other wise it will take 2 hrs the guy name John was very disrespectful and decided to cancel my order right there without my consent !!!!!

My complaint is the curbside service, they offer it but most of the time I need to go inside the store to get my pizza. In my opinion why offer a service that you can't offer because not enough staff.
It took a little longer than expected. But the young lady was graceful .

My wife got a pizza from this place we order form here 90% of the time (never again). I ordered the toppings plus 1 double topping of beef. They didn't add it to the pizza. I called the place and some dude answered talking about "if you order more then you hey less." How the hell is that even possible? If I paid for an extra topping on top of the topping I ordered how the hell is it less? Don't pay for extra toppings you won't get it. The website let's you add extra toppings and you pay for extra topping but the employee says they can only put a certain amount. They're ripping people off

This domino's pizza location is down right there best I have ever gone to EVERYTIME I ordered my favorite pizza here they HAVE NEVER OVER COOKED IT, I HAVE NEVER GOT IT COLD, AND IT IS ALWAYS SLICED JUST RIGHT, AND BROUGHT TO ME AS SOON AS I ARRIVE!!!! Jacinto city domino's is the best in town

I places an order around 10 o'clock from a motel. I gave the business the room number to come to the door. The company never asked my cell number. I called one hour after delivery and they told me the driver came to the address. He never called my cell never came to my room. I spoke to the manager and he never resolved the issue claiming the driver called he motel phone number.if you know motels if you call the line you don't directly get toa customer unless you provide the room number. Which the driver never did. I even offer $5 extra dollars to the driver or their mistake just to come out because my fiance and are are still hungry. i order there once a week and most drivers never made this mistake. It could be a new driver maybe but they never made the situation right. I worked in food service for 10 years and I am a manager at whataburger....this is not how you conduct business
