I WISH I COULD NOT SUBMIT ANY STARS!!!! SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! THE CALL CENTER AND THE ACTUAL STORE ISN’T ON THE SAME PAGE! I RECEIVED A CALL STATING MY ORDER WAS READY BUT WHEN I GET THERE IT’S AT LEAST 10 WORKERS STANDING AROUND AND NO ONE KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS!!! I CALL THE NUMBER THAT I CALLED THE ORDER IN TO TO FIND OUT THAT MY ORDER WAS NEVER PROCESSED WHICH NOW THE WAIT TIME HAS WENT FROM 25 mins to 1 HOUR AND BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT TO WAIT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED 5-7 DAYS DUE TO SOMETHING THAT CLEARLY ISN’T MY FAULT!!! Never answers the phone, really bad customer service off the top. Then, took mor than an hour to make and deliver my food when i was only located 5 minutes away. would never order here again!!! 0/10
It shouldn’t take one hour and 45 minutes to get a pizza order when the app says 1 hour. So upsetting never again will I order online. They put you at the end of the line and the customer who go in person get priority.

Highest praise for this store! Both for the management and for such a great staff! No matter how busy they are (it was New Year's eve-weekend), each and every employee I spoke with was polite and courteous. The pizza itself was amazing, and 'disappeared' before I could get a picture of it! It looked and tasted so good! Keep up the great work! Wish I had noted the names of the team that I dealt with to give them a shout out...

While waiting for my food, I noticed that the employee handling the pizza dough also handled money from deliveries without washing her hands. Although the place overall seems clean, this lack of hygiene from the employee raises concerns about food safety. In a world where health is paramount, it would be beneficial for the staff to receive additional training in sanitary practices.

At first it was decent pizza however whomever worked on 10.24.23 after at 830 pm..my food was horrible! The pizza was not cooked all the way, meaning the bread wasn't fully cooked and the bread was doughy! They gave the wrong tator tots with hardly any cheese! My money is hard earned and when I am able to eat out, I expect you to not screw up a pizza! Next time I will go elsewhere...not the location on Normandy

They NEVER have enough employees orders take forever being delivered and when you do get it its not hot anymore also if you try to order lite sauce then they will put NO sauce
