i hate this domino’s! i bought $25 pizza to get delivered on a 13 hour shift, i was so hungry, it was the last of my money, and i watched this pos on the tracker park at the hotel down the street, i assume eat my pizza, and turn around and go back to the store&my app says delivered. good luck trying to call the store, they don’t answer. they made me cry…save yourself the trouble and get a good pizza from franks.

Lunch downtown. Called 3 times and listened the recordings for about 20 mins each and still never got answered. Atlease add some music. My order was messed up and couldn't even get it resolved. No one answered the phone and I'm still waiting on the call. Ugh. Horrible.

Only time I’ve ever had an issue with any Domino’s. Got my order 2 hours late, cold, missing an entire pizza, and of the 2 items I did get, one of them was completely wrong with something I am allergic to. Every time I called to have my order refunded I left on hold for 10+ minutes and then just hung up on. My money was stolen and I’d never suggest anyone order from this location. Pure dog water.

Do not waste your time or money at Domino's in this location! They charged me for an order that was never delivered. When I reached out for help, their customer service was shockingly rude and utterly useless. It’s a disgrace to see such negligent treatment of customers. Avoid Domino's at all costs unless you want to be robbed blind without receiving what you paid for. Worst customer service and reliability I've ever encountered!

Sunday Jan 26 2025 around 9:00pm-9:40pm the cook. He is of african american decent and chubby with a gray work shirt. He claims he is the only cook. I can't say he is rude but he definitely is ready for confrontation bc of the eye contact he gives and is very dry. No customer service. Like I can feel the vibes you give all because your workers don't know how to do their job and take forever. It's 4-5 people in the back all talking, EATING, not washing their hands. all 3 of us customers stood there watching. Took them forever to help a lady out and he uses the excuse that he's the only cook. Order incorrect. Clean House.

The worker there is horrible with service and hates his job. They refused to do delivery on Uber Eats and said they won’t cancel the order and that I must pick it up. Becareful who you hire because they will drive your revenue to the ground.

Ordered my pizza online from this location at 10:09 pm and they had approx delivery time of 38-48 minutes. They “sent it out” for delivery at 11 and 12 am still no pizza - and delivery driver nowhere near us and I live 4 minutes from the location!! Then after 12 am when they closed they marked the pizza as delivered and it never even delivered. I called the store MULTIPLE times and was on hold for over 15 minutes. This is completely ridiculous.
Don’t ever come too this location.they move like sloths and don’t have a care in the world. I placed my order around 10:30 and waited for an hour just too be told that they haven’t even started on my order.And not even that on the app and on there screens it’s say the order is ready. Nobody even came too let the customers know anything they just still continue too move on there time.

I see ain't shit changed about this location, so how my order got placed at this location, so I called to see if I could get some help and have been in hold for about a half an hour now. Poor poor customer service year after year. Smh
