Awful manager and customer service. An order was delivered very late and cold, things happen. Called customer support to get a refund. Website form told me the store would contact me, took them almost 2 months, then they claimed they couldn't give a refund or attach credit to the app I originally ordered from, could only do a store credit, that they would write on a note at the store. I knew this sounded terrible when it was offered, I gave them a chance anyways. To no one's suprise I called a month later to redeem the replacement and the manager had no idea what I was talking about, then was super rude claiming he had other customers and didn't have time to look up their own mistake because it was too old. Don't ever accept anything other than a full refund, they will not honor anything else.

The guy in there obviously not good at math. Not only is he not good at math. He said one plus one equals one. Which in reality it equals two. But he also failed at making orders. Then the lady in there open her mouth with her hot breath and that's why the AC was broken. The guy that took my order was a volunteer homeless cause they ran out of employees..

Tell me why I ordered my food and I ordered lava cakes with it. Come to find out when I pick up my food. They never put the lava cakes in my order. I came in to pick up my food and he’s like oh sorry do you still want us to make the lava cake??of course.Then I look up from being on my phone and one of the workers there was about to pick up my food with bare hands. I caught her with my eyeballs, and she literally look at me while I was looking at her and all of a sudden she was “careful” with my food. Really ? Matta fact. NO ONE HAD GLOVES. Bouncing from register to food.
It's absolutely infuriating how Domino's consistently fails to get a single thing right. Every time we place an order, it's either incomplete, incorrect, or missing altogether. And don't even get me started on their laughable wait times; it's like they're operating on a different planet where punctuality is an alien concept. We explicitly tell them about our time constraints, stressing the urgency, yet they still manage to bungle everything up without a care in the world. It's mind-boggling how they can't grasp the simple idea of customer satisfaction or the basic understanding that we're not ordering for leisurely pleasure but for a competition with a strict timeline. Domino's, you've mastered the art of disappointment and incompetence. Congratulations.AND TO ADD ON WE WERE SWEATING CAUSE IT WAS THAT HOT

This has to be, by far, the worst Dominos. After 2 hours I gave up and the store is only 0.5 miles away. According to the app, pizza has been out of the oven 1.5 hours, delivery person left over an hour ago and nothing. Did I mention it’s downtown and 0.5 miles away? Avoid this Dominos!

We stopped because it was "out of hours" and there aren't many alternatives in the area. So-so pizzas, a little too much oil, other fairly classic specialties (wings, rolls, etc.). They almost no longer had drinks and water, you eat on slightly uncomfortable high shelves and directly from the carton. More takeaways...

Night manager was very helpful and courtious, he helped me pack my pizza in two different boxes bcus i had to carry them on my wheelchair. I recommend thisDominoes to anyone looking for a good place to get takeout pizza.Wheelchair accessibility: Able to get in and out of the restaurant with no problems. Night manager was very understanding.
