The woman working inside was very rude. Came inside to pick up my order and wasn’t acknowledged. She finally acknowledged me and my order after at least 10 minutes of waiting. I was cussed out while leaving after just telling the lady maybe she should acknowledge her customers when they walk through the door. I understand your busy and short staffed but a simple hello or we’ll be right with you would suffice. Rather than just ignoring us. Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this location.

Apparently, my family and I must be fat because "no one orders 8 mediun pizzas unless they are fat". My son was told this today when he picked up our order for our Cub Scout Pack meeting (with 17 scouts). We were having a Halloween party as it was the day before Halloween, For some reason, the employees thought this was a good reason to make fun of him and his costume. I am very disappointed as we have been here twice a month or so for the past 4 years. We will be visiting the location at Grant and Spring Cypress from now on.

I have ordered couple of times at this location and many times it is over baked or it will be salty, and sometimes they forget to cook vegetables and deliver it. Probably I will order at different location.

Very inconsistent. We frequently receive an undercooked pizza. We started ordering well done to prevent this, but now half the time we receive a burnt pizza and half the time they’re cooked to normal levels. We typically pay for extra toppings, but there’s a 50/50 chance of either receiving normal amounts or a hardly noticeable extra amount.
Order online. Don't bother coming to pick up an order here unless you want huffy and puffy employees who stare at you like as if you're doing something wrong in ordering a pizza. Terrible establishment.

I AM VERY UPSET DEALING WITH THIS STORE. I PLACED AN ORDER 40 MINUTES BEFORE THE STORE CLOSED. I WENT TO GO PICK UP THE ORDER 30 MINTUES BEFORE THEY CLOSED AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE STORE FORCED CANCELED MY ORDER. I HAD TO GO TO A WHOLE OTHER DOMINOS PIZZA TO ORDER. AND THE ORDER WAS MORE MONEY THAN I PUT IN FOR.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could I would give this place ZERO stars. Person at the register had the worst attitude with the customers as if it was our fault that they were short staffed. Throwing things everywhere and acting like they couldn't open their mouths to speak. Called this place five times to make an order over the phone and never picked up. DON’T even bother coming to this location.
