I order from this store often but most times I am missing something from my order, a hair is in it, or something is wrong. And mostly everytime this happens it's at night and I guess the night shift doesn't care about picking up the phone so I always have to wait the next day before I can call and tell a manager about it

Terrible experience. This horrible store was unfortunately the most convenient one on my route where I was going. Was on hold for 15 minutes trying to place my order. Nobody picked up, had to walk in and place my order. Employee was rude, didn't answer me when I asked about specials or why the phone wasn't being picked up. Spend over $40 on two pizzas which I haven't in years. Absolutely disgraceful night shift employees who do whatever they want apparently and don't care about answering the phone or helping paying customers.

Highly disappointed! I asked for extra pepperoni, olives, & cheese. The pizza lacked all 3. It took them 1 whole hour to get my pizza done. And it lacked flavor and it was too dry.

I want to give a shout out to the Assistant Manager, Maritza. We recently had a large client event and she went above and beyond, even when there was miscommunication regarding the delivery. She was personally in contact with me to ensure everything was taken care of. Great customer service!

Highly disappointed! I asked for extra pepperoni, olives, & cheese. The pizza lacked all 3. I purchased the bacon & chz tots & they were burnt & dry. The pizza had zero flavor. I asked for the seasoned crust and there was no seasoning. Horrible experience and I’m not going back!

The lady that works today is very rude and is not very professional.
Ordered a pacific veggie and said dont cut in instructions. Pizza got delivered cut and had pieces of sausage in it. Girl was super rude when I told her it was cut and had sausage. Wjen i drove to thebstore and showed her the sausage shed didnt apologize. She said she'd make another one so I asked for a cheese instead because I didnt want sausage in there again. She rudely said I had to get the same thing and that she couldn't make a cheese pizza. Horrible experience. But its my fault. This is what I get for going to dominos.

I don't know who all was working today so I don't want to throw that one girl who talked to us specifically under the bus but this is what I got. After I saw how it was cut, I noticed that wings were ice cold and unsauced. They also acted really weird when we asked if one of our favorite workers was there today. I have no idea what they have against Kofi but every time he makes our pizzas they come out fresh and 10/10 to perfection. I also make pizzas professionally so this service was really sad to see.
