They gave away my food to the wrong customer while I was there. They almost gave the remake away too but the customer they were giving it to saw it wasn’t their order.

I ordered a full meal two pizza and etc. I'm a single mom of two. 4year old and a new born. Well I live in apartment building and I was not aware that I was supposed to go to the main office to receive my dinner. If I would have known that ..I would not have ordered from this Domino or I would not have ordered so much. But I let Jose the manager no my situation. Let no the rule..so I begin to ask so who is the manager above him. So he( Jose )got a attitude and threaten to take my food back. Like a big bully. Very unprofessional. So I begin to explain to him why I need to talk to someone over him because if it a rule neither have the authority to change it. So if I could contact someone that may be able to solve the problem next time are for future customers that may have the same problem. Tell her tell me Tim is the General Manager and he going to say thing. Very rudely. It not the rule , it's the lack of awareness. Also the unprofessional from the person (Jose the manager) that supposed to make example for other employees inappropriate behavior.
